so I received this message at 1:08am apparently from the US treasury department stating that ignoring this message would be my second warning and I would have to appear before the magistrate judge.  Does anyone actually fall for this crap??? So sick of receiving multiple scam calls a week, especially in the middle of the night.  My blocked call list is getting really long.

Received early morning robo call claiming to be from IRS. The caller, "Steve Modern" advised that if I did not return the call immediately, that I would be brought before a magistrate as this was my second warning. Of course they wanted to do all they could to help me. Don't waste your time calling back. It's not the IRS.

I just received the same call and I told them they were fraud and they said they were sending the cops after me, I said good and hung up.  They are not the IRS it is FRAUD!!!!!!

Same call at 2:43 am. Today.   Phone is on mute so we never answer.  If its important, they can call cell phone and if we don't recognize number, we don't answer.  Look up number and usually a scam call.  Immediately block the number.

Same call at 12:20a.m. called back from a work phone, they claim they are the united states treeasury department and a warrant ids out for my arrest, I wouldn't give them my name so the pulled the cell phone record and continued to ask if my name was Mr, or Mrs (BUSINESS NAME) I found this hilarious so I played along.... They told me federal agents were coming to arrest me as they have tracked my phone.. I finally lost it it laughing and asked the person how pathetic their life is to just make these ridiculous calls all day... They hung up... I would seriously suggest calling them and messing with them if you have a blocked or business phone you could use. According to them the Huge National financial company I work for is about to be arrested!!!

I called the FBI who gave me a link to the treasury dept  go to google and type in  TIGTA go to scan\m and file in the information.  This is the treasury Inspector General.

Few calls warning me to appear  before magistrate judge if I don't call back.

I can't believe this I got the same call yesterday afternoon didn't answer the call because I didn't recognize the number listen to the voicemail said the same thing that the previous people said about the magistrate and that I was going to have a warrant for my arrest so I'm like what the heck is this I called it back and then they tell me the same thing that people are coming after me right now and to stop the proceedings to be arrested for the warrant they issued for tax issues that I had to pay like $5,000 to stop it I said I don't have that kind of money it's okay do you have like $2,000 and I'm like you know what you're a scam how can you do this don't call me ever again

Received a call from 208-650-7054, same thing everyone else said. They told me they were from the IRS and this was their second attempt to call me otherwise I'd go to prison.
