Has called 6-8 times per day for the last three days.  Traced to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, but no other information.  I don't pick up if I don't recognize the caller, so not sure if I'd get a message or what.  Annoying.

I answered this call and got a person who was very sarcastic to me. He started telling me that the world was coming to an end and that I must  donate money to something called the "World Fund" if I wanted to help prevent this. Sounded like a bunch of BS to me and I told him to go hug a tree and hung up on him.

The trick here you see is to call them back and "not say" anything. repeat this relentlessly, If enough people did this you can overwhelm them with calls taking their staffs time. I guarantee you when the profit to collect is outweighed by time and staff management the calls will stop.

This person keeps calling, but leaves no message, only this number, 208-758-0223. I have called back and told this perticular individual to not to call back which he finally did, but now he sends dulicale messages of the same phone. It sounds that this is all a game to him. I dont know why his suppervisor or the other personal are not aware of this situation. From the complaints that I see, this must be going on for quite awhile. This jerk aint wrap up to well and he probelly needs a good ass whipping. Excuss my language.

I've been receiving calls from this number over the last couple of days.  A google search shows that this is IC Systems, a debt collection agency; however, the only debt I have are student loans which are in good standing.  I called them to find out why they keep bothering me with phone calls and no voice mails.  I spoke with a lady that could not find my name or my phone number in their database.  All I can imagine is that this company either has a bad employee(s) or has pissed off the wrong customer and that customer is getting phone numbers from parsing Craigslist and then somehow making it appear that the call is originating from IC Systems, to keep them busy and bug the crap out of them too.   Either way, I'm not a fan of the way that debt collection is executed in the U.S. but I'm also not a fan of getting calls that are not intended for me personally on my personal phone.

Receiving multiple calls per day from this number without ever leaving a message.  I finally called them back and was informed they are IC Systems, a debt collection agency.  The woman who answered, told me they are representing Sprint, for a phone bill I am still paying off monthly.

calls me 3-4 times per day. called back and got a recording and found out they are looking for someone I've never heard of.  I've been getting calls from other collection companies, too, looking for people I've never herad of before, either, not the same person this company was looking for.  I don't know how people got my info, but it's really annoying

This number 208-758-0223 is a company called I. C. Systems they are a debt collector. They buy your bad debt from a company like sprint or a credit card company that you have fallen behind on then try to collect it from you. They are very rude will not let you speak and want to ask you all kinds of personal and finacial information.

This number calls me several times a day and leaves no message. I use my cell for business. I am getting extremely annoyed.

I am getting repeated calls from this number every day of the work week. This has literally been going on for months! It's the same story as everybody else. They call, then they hang up w/o leaving a message.  It is getting extremely annoying!

Was waiting on a call and didn't look at the caller ID and answered this one.  Hello, Hello, and then a recorded message asking me to hold.  Some nerve calling me and asking for me to hold.  I will be checking caller ID before answering the phone now.  Caller ID showed IC System
