Called us Sat morning. Call log shows ph #. Did not leave message.

Called then hung up right away

Called with heavy accent asking for my wife by name said it was a business matter but would not discuss with me told them not to call again.

Called Sat morning said recorded call and would only talk to my wife. wouldn't say who it was. Foreign rude guy!

They called me twice. I missed the call the first time, and read these notes. They just called me again, it was a woman, and she wouldn't disclose any details. She wanted me to confirm my name and affiliation with an address that is similar to one of my past home addresses. She hung up on me after I told her that I didn't feel comfortable releasing information without them telling me what this was about.

Two calls in two days asking for address verification.  Said it's "something business related". Complete BS.

A woman called me, asking me to verifying my name, then she hang up after i say yes.

Called asked personal info. Wouldn't disclose who they were. I asked to them not to call back. The woman caller rudely advised me that they will call back everyday until I verify my personal info. #scam

They've called me 18 times in the last 2 weeks, including weekends and 8 am calls. Mostly hang ups or no voice mails. When I spoke to someone, they insisted that I verify my personal information before they would tell me what they were calling about. Once, they hung up after I refused. Once, they actually lectured me like a child, saying that the call was being recorded and they would make note of my lack of cooperation. They hung up when I threatened to report them for harassment and fraud, but they keep calling.

They call all the time and do not leave a message. Like the other reports, they do not say anything but ask to verify info. I downloaded a free call blocker app and poof they are gone!

The called me also. I didn't answer but I called back it said it was a company called IT Systems..

They have called me every day this week at odd hours. I talked to a :Michelle' who refused to identify the purpose of the call unless I verified my home address, my last four of my social, and my birth date. I reminded her that I don't give out any personal information over the phone to anyone, and SINCE SHE ALREADY SUPPOSEDLY HAD THAT INFORMATION IN FRONT OF HER,  PERHAPS SHE SHOULD STATE THE PURPOSE OF HER CALL, to which she then became 'huffy'. At that point, she threatened me, and said they would continue to call me over and over. I replied that would be really good, because then when I show the long list of repetitive phone calls to the FTC, Federal Consumer Protection Agency, it will make it much easier to prosecute them for harassment.
Here's the bottom line: They do not need to "verify" anything with you. If you have a debt, and they are calling YOU about it, they don't need to 'verify' your address/birth date/phone number/social, etc. THEY HAVE IT ALREADY. THEY CALL YOU, so if that's YOUR phone , and YOU answer, they don't need that other information. That's just nonsense. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION over the phone.
I owe no one any outstanding debts other than medical. What they are doing is illegal under the Affordable Care Act. IF you are in this situation as well, report them to the Consumer Protection Agency. They can no longer threaten you or harass you under the law for medical debt. It's illegal.
