Spoofed number.

One of many that has called my home. Every day there is a different number calling my home. I know no one from Idaho. I never answer the calls as I know they are faked.

I got a call from this number on my cell phone in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. After I let it ring for 5 times, I answered and stayed quiet. There was a humm/buzz on the other end of the phone. I stayed silent, and so did they. Was it Elvis? James Dean? Marilyn Monroe? We'll never know because they hung up without saying a word.  No human, no recording, no music, no kidding.

Apparently the landline of the person listed here.  Spoofed?

I checked, via skype.  Its a "biz-opp", which has earned thousands, for people ....." etc. etc.  What I do is let it ring 3 times (before the machine gets it after 4 rings), then click the phone 'on', then 'off'.  I'm hoping it annoys someone at the other end.

I wouldn't do that. It flags your number as active and may get you a boatload more calls.  Just don't answer. These people don't get annoyed- they focus on annoying others.

They called and left no msg

Called this time on my Magic Jack line only. 3 rings, never reached OGM, so no message left. This # called about a month ago on both my cell and MagicJack phones (different phone #'s) at the same time-talk about robo calls!

This is a Biz Op Robo Call. I Have reported them to nomorobo

I received a call on my cell phone yesterday from this number.  I answered and it was a recording about helping thousands of people.  I just hung up.  We're on the "DO NOT CALL" register, but are constantly receiving annoying phone calls.  Why bother registering if the list isn't working?

Just called my cell. I am also on the d.n.c.l. Indeed, why in the hell register if it doesn't stop these annoyance calls. Do not call me ever again, [***]!!!! They did not leave a message either!!! It said it was from Salmon, Idaho. I know no one from Idaho

I receive at least one call a week from this number and have NO WAY of getting them to stop. I report them to the FCC every time they call and include a history of how many times they are calling me in hopes the FCC will do something (haha, ya right!) I finally listened to the whole message in hopes that it would give me a business name or website or something, but I got no useful information. At the end of the 5 minute long recorded message they just asked me to leave my name and number if I'm interested. They want you to give them $65 a week to buy a graham of gold, then recruit two other people per week to do the same thing. PYRAMID SCHEME. FCC Please do something, this is very annoying.

HAS CALLED MY PHONE NUMEROUS TIMES. This is a recorded come-on for a "12-week moving money system for financial freedom" plan. Something to do with buying gold every week. The guy in the recording gives no hint as to who is calling, just tells you to leave your name and number.

I  have advanced screening on my phone and yet these calls still get through. They have to manually enter their number. I recently changed my home number because a psycho neighbor is stalking me and now this. Society is sick. All I want is to ne left alone. Too much to ask I guess.

Some sort of make money fast scheme. Robo-caller, left the same message on my voicemail twice before hanging up.

I called CenturyLink -- 866-706-8592 at 7:15 p.m. EST and talked to “Diane” who told me that there is nothing they can do about nuisance robocalls. I said, "What they're doing is illegal, and they're making these nuisance robocalls using YOUR lines and equipment. And they're doing it to thousands of other people, too."  She said, "Nothing we can do." Meh -- methinks Diane is a know-nothing nighttime call center bimbo. I will call tomorrow during business hours.

Why can't they curb illegal activities that their customers are perpetrating? Ummmmm, let's see ... they could cut off the guy's service and turn him into the police!
