called my cell # and said they can refinance my credit cards. violated the do not call order.

Credit Card Services calls me on the average of 4 times a week.  I have tried to speak with them to cancel all they do is hang up on me abruptly.  What can I do to STOP this??

Credit Card Services calls me at least 4 times a week.  They call at all different hours and interupt my life.  I have followed their prompts, even speaking to them and asking they stop.   All they do is abruptly hangup on me.  What can I do to stop this?

Same thing, credit card debt solution.  I asked to be put on do not call list and also got hung up on.  What's worse, the machine called back 5 misutes later.

Left several messages in a day.  Why aren't numbers like this shut down?  The No call list is a joke.  I've started getting MORE calls after I put my number on the no-call list.

automated call with female voice stating the federal reserve recently lowered its rate so I am now eligible to reduce my interest rate to 4.9 percent and that this would be my last chance to accept which is funny since I am on the do not call registry so shouldn't even be getting called; the only difference with this call from other similar calls is that no option existed to be removed from their list only an option to press 1 to speak to one of their customer service representatives

Company keeps calling and then hangs up when you ask why they called a do not call #.

Pressed 1 ( only option other than hanging up) asked obvious African American female who Account Services was and who she worked for.  She immediately hung up.

The obvious female when I asked to be taken off the list told me are you asking me or telling me, how do we report these people?

They called me at 7:51 tonight. After I screened the call I answered it and pressed the option to 'hear more' about how to consolidate my debt. After letting it ring at least 15 times, 'Roger', with what I can only guess was a British English accent, answered the phone and asked me if I'd like to consolidate my debt. I happily replied 'Sure!' He then asked me how much debt I had and I said 'a dollar'. He then said 'well I'm sorry you don't qualify'. I promptly said 'then take me off whatever phone list you have me on and stop calling me!'   I HATE these scammers! There's a special place in h3|| just for YOU! :Þ

Call from this company about 2-times per week.  I have pressed (1) one to speak with a person and as soon as I ask them to remove my number from their list, they immediately hang up.

I meant to add that when you press 1 to speak with someone, you can hear the clicks in the phone ringing so you know the call is being routed from who-knows-where to Scammers HQ. Nice try losers!

After asking not to call back my #... 2min later they called again... would not answer when I dial 1.
Think they called bk just to p___ me off.

Similar experience to the others.  Listened to the recording in the hopes of having an opportunity to have my number removed.  Pressed 1 to speak to someone.  After several rings, someone who I think called herself Iris answered, asked if I was responding to the offer, then hung up when I said, "Sort of.  I want to be removed from the call list."

I just got a phone call from this number. I pressed one, because I wanted to speak to someone to get my name removed from thier list. When "Jake" answered the line, I asked him what company he was calling from. When he told me "First Financial". I told him I needed to be removed from this list. He proceeded to tell me "What a rude a#$ M. F. I am. He then hung up on me.

So Jake...if you ever read this. I just want you to know I am praying for you. God loves you. I forgive you.

This isn't the only number they use. This is a nationwide scam where they try to obtain your credit card account info. I'm also on the do-not-call registry. I keep giving the FCC info on these people in hopes that they will get shut down, but I've read that this scam has been going on for years.

i don`t know who to call or what to do.....
if they`re calling...why don`t they talk????????

Got the same call as other and I too am on do not call list, I finally sent a letter to my congressman explaining how I would prefer them to do something about this as I could care less about baseball player and steroids. The Do not call list is a JOKE.
