Was a recorded call, offering to lower mortgage rates. When I called back to ask them to remove me from their list, another recording told me that this was a non-working number. (no, I didn't dial the wrong number either, LOL).

This number called me but i wasn't here to answer it.

I got the same recorded call. So much for being on the Do Not Call list.

I'm already on the cell phone do not call list and yet received this call.

Mortgage refinancing SPAM.

How did they get my cell phone number?  The recorded message said they had an "important message about my mortgage."  Well, I don't have a mortgage, so I pressed "1" to hear a live person.  I asked who was calling and got an answer like "National Finance" which is also certainly a nonexistent company.

The call quality was really scratchy, like a bad cell phone connection, but the person who spoke to be clearly had an Indian accent, so this is probably a call center in India.

I think that the phone system needs to get more like the e-mail system and automatically identify SPAM calls and divert them to the trash.  (I don't want take the time to fill up my address book with SPAM numbers and instructions to ignore this  number.)

Or, maybe have it like this web site where a human being needs to type in a Validation Code :)

I got the same message as others are getting.  What they are offering is too good to be true...I was going to call my mortgage company and see what they say...but decided to look the number up on Google. I did not answer the call when I saw the number.

Received a call from this number, no live representative - only a recording about lowering my mortgage (I am a renter.... why are they calling me??) They don't say the name of their company and when you call back it says you dialed a non-working number. I get multiple calls like this all day, every day! It's harassment and I want it to stop!! How do I get them to stop calling my phone?

I got a call from this #, w/ recoded msg similatr to ones above. Gave 843-564-6953 as a c/b #.  I just got a loan modification 6 months ago, that reduced my pmt by more than 30%, through the HAMP program. Don't think they can do any better!! Do you???

Calling from a faked number and in violation of the DNC List.

Plays a recorded message with a call back number of (843) 564-6953.  Calling this number will get you a recorded message that says to leave a message and someone will call you back.   Obviously an end run around the DNC List - since you would have called them.  

Just be sure to file a complaint for violation of the DNC List for this call if you are on the DNC list.   They can't catch 'em if you don't report 'em!!

Got another call from these jerks tonight @ 7:01 , saying to call the 843 #, to reduce my mortgage to -0- within 36 to 60 MONTHS!!  My question is: Who do they think I am, A MORON?? No one can reduce a 30 yr fixed rate mortgage to -0- in that short timeframe, unless the payments are quadrupled, not reduce in half!! I've seriously considered starting legal proceedings to shut down these dumkopfs!!
