I get calls from this number, it is a recorded voice in Spanish.
As i do not speak Spanish, I'm unable to understand what they want.

Yep.  Spanish. "Congratulations" it says to applause, then something I don't understand. BTW, I'm in area code 978 (North of Boston)

Just got a call from them. It was in English and said "Congratulations! This prize is only available to Rogers customers" before I hung up. Strange that a number from Idaho would be calling about prizes only available to customers of a Canadian cell company...

I didn't answer the the phone so my contribution here is virtually useless, except to document that they called me.  :..(

Got a call from this number in Whistler BC. Apparently its some sort of travel related call. I never picked up but if you call the number back you have the option of removing yourself from the calling list. It's all automated so you do not have to talk to anyone.

I just got a call from this number but decided to look it up before responding.  I was very glad to find this site and after reading the posts did not bother to return the call.  It was kind of strange to be getting a 208 area call as we live in Idaho but are travelling.  The number did not match any of our Idaho family or friends.

I got the "Congratulations, you have won a prize from Rogers, to claim your prize press 1," I chose instead to hang up and search the number and here I am!

in Spanish:  COngratulation!  horns whistles You have won 1 million dollar prize!  Press 1 to claim your prize!  

I hung up as i don't know what pressing one might do or "accept" and then get a whopping phone bill later.

Yep, likewise.  Looks like they're making the rounds today.  I was surprised to get an unknown call on my week-old Blackberry phone number for work... won't be happy if the #'s already been sold to telemarketers!

Got a call from them this afternoon. Didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number. Searched 208 area code in Google . . . it's from Idaho. Hmmm . . . searched the whole number . . . found this site. Glad I didn't answer. Might try to call them and remove my number . . .

Called back the number and got a recording. It was about a travel related issue, and they would call back later. You can press 1 to have your number removed from there calling list.

Spanish message saying: "The cash register has open, congratulations you have won 1000 dolars"

Recorded voice in spanish - unknown content. Call came to my cell phone - no caller identified.

just got a Congratulations! press one to collect your prize! I am a fairly unlucky person so i knew i didnt win anything and hung up.

Receive the call myself, it was the same congraduations message in Spanish. As my mind slowly translated it into english, it disconnected before I could do anything. Hmmm.
