This number called me and did not leave a message.  Said they were from paypal and wanted to get a bunch of information from me.  I hung up.. potential scammers.

Got a phone call from this number but they did not leave a message.  They may legitimately have been from PayPal because I am currently ironing out a dispute with them, and they call every day.

IC Systems work for Ebay / Paypal ring continuously.

I do owe a lot of people money....lost my job last year, and will never be able to get caught up at this point.  So, unfortunately they continue to call. But I have no money, so I just save these collection agencies on my phone and assign them 'no ring' so I never have to be annoyed by them. Can't get blood from a turnip.

They are a collection agency for Ebay. I owe Ebay fee's (40 dollars) and it was turned over to them...

They're ebay collection hounds, I do owe ebay fees from a store I had. The frequency of calls is quite alarming however.

they have called everyday looking for " Don Keedick" say the name fast and you can see how silly they sound looking for that perso, even though i have told them the number is wrong they still call everyday

I get calls from 208 991-1246 also from 651-204-1341, they are debt collectors from ebay.  They work for IC Systems I have reported to the LA Police Dept.  It is illegal to make annoying and threatening calls constantly, I would suggest that you report them to the cops, the city attorney will prosecute.

I didn't answer, but most likely a collection agency from ebay.  Someone stole an ancient ebay account of mine, racked up charges, defrauded some buyers, etc.  I called ebay and they cleared it, but apparently they haven't gotten the info to the collection agency.

They called on my cell phone.  How did they get that number?  I never give it out except to personal friends - we use our landline for all business.

Tell a story about how ebay and paypal "blackmailed" us

1), we list a item total value of $380 sewing and embroidery machine plus 67 free embroidery threads, and sold to a woman in WA state, the machine is less than 1 year old, my husband bought to me as a Christmas gift, i have only used few times in this year.

2), the woman in WA state complain to paypal said, my machine is very bad condition, and we agreed to refund her full founds, but she needs to provide the shipping confirmation before the deadline to paypal as required by paypal, and she have not, therefore, paypal send us a email said we can keep the money and the case has closed.

3), 2 days after the deadline we received a small mail weight 1oz from this WA state woman (our machine total weight 27lbs when i send out), plus we have got the email from paypal said the case has been closed, therefore, I refused to sigh/receive this mail from her, after 5 days we received a large box from her again, but still we have got our money back from paypal, therefore, I can not receive this package from her, so, i refused again.

4), as we thought this deal/case has been closed via paypal's advise and we just let it go, but after 2days i went to check my paypal account, my account said that i owe paypal $368.68?????

5), we have been provide all the info to paypal customer service center trying to get our money back, and that woman is lying
first, my machine is brand new when my husband bought it from walmart, and i only used few times how become bad condition?
second, why paypal told/email us the case is closed when the case still open for them???
3rd, now we lossed our machine to that dishonest buyer and we don't have our machine, plus we got paypal 208-991-1246 this phone number calls us 5time a day, include weekend, earlier morning and late evening...

anyone knows if we can get together to sue paypal???

They are from paypal and they have their offices all over the U.S including Washington DC and they will call up to a dozen times a day . They have no problem ripping people off and extorting money from folks paypal accounts or bank account but if you owe them 50 cents .. Boy watch out. They are very corrupt and have ripped off folks THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS over the years and continue to freeze sellers accounts with no reason for doing so and I know several sellers that were High Level power sellers who sold thousands of items monthly and who also had thousands of dollars in their paypal account where paypal FROZE them, and when asked they usually say for security reasons and give NO OTHER statement but that and tell the person it will take 6 months or more for them to access their money... I know one person getting debits over a span of months from what looked like from Asia but NOPE when they hired someone to track this for them it came to none other then San Jose California to PAYPAL.. And they were taking a few hundred a wack from them and they NEVER got their money back.. If I were anyone, DUMP Ebay/Paypal.. Most sellers are leaving Them and going to Etsy.. MUCH better place... You can use Google Checkout and Accept Money Orders, Checks or what ever you wish..
