Obviously a scam. Do not click.

Received this number as a text message, Unidentified, on my cell phone. No other information or content provided with the 208-995-6372 number. Only the number. My cell is a TracFone. The message steals minutes from my total. I am a most unhappy recipient of this invasion of my privacy.

This is no doubt a scam surely a virus!! The concern I have also is it has 20 other numbers attached to that mass message. Now I know 20 other people will be seeing my phone number. Very irritated this has happened.  looks like The history, if everyone is looking it up and reporting it, this is happening to at lease one person a month for the last three months!!

Scam, don't click on the link, you're not winning anything here. Use your common sense. Let's figure out which jerk sold our numbers, ughhh.

No one has to sell your number. Illegal callers, scammers and crooks can just plumb  numbers into a computer or dialer and away they go!

For a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.
