- KindamaraI just received another call from this phone number. They said their company name was "patient services". I asked them how they got HIPAA information about my upcoming surgery? They said they were calling about my back pain. I again asked them how they got my medical records! Then they told me a loved one or friend gave them my information. I wanted to know who gave them the information and they told me it was confidential. Then they hung up. I tried calling them back and they told me to press 1 to get my number taken off their list. I didn't want that, I wanted to get the name of someone.

- BichonLoverRec'd. a call from this number at 7:15 AM this morning (3/28/15), Caller ID said it was from "Perfect". Did not answer as I didn't recognize the number. I'm on the Do Not Call Registry but apparently it does no good as I still get random calls from all over the US.
- Caller: Perfect
- BichonLoverKeep getting these calls! Don't answer as I don't recognize the number. I'm registered with the Do Not Call Registry, but it seems to do no good as they keep coming!
- SandiCalled here just about 5 p.m. Caller ID said "Perfect" and the number. I answered because I was ready to give someone a blast about these annoying calls. Knew my full name. Said I apparently had contacted them about back pain or arthritis, then said arthritis of knees. Not so. Told them I had made no such contact. He had a very strong Indian or Pakastani accent. I hung up. First time anyone asked me about arthritis or back pain!!! There ought to be a way to stop these calls. What a racket. He also said at first he was calling from Patient Services in spite of the caller ID showing the word Perfect.
- Caller: Perfect ?

- AlisonCalled at 4 pm, man with thick accent I think Indian asked how my lower back was feeling. I asked him how does he know I have a bad back? He said oh, no I asked if you have lower back pain? No I said, the he - do you have pain in your knees, me-no, him- do you have arthritis, me- know, him - do you have any pains today. Me- the only pain I have is you calling me, take name & number off list & never call back. Then I hung up. Truthfully was waiting for him to call back and be obnoxious cause of me hanging up on him.

- SandiJust answered a call because I'm expecting a call from a carpet installer and figured it might be a cell phone.
It was some woman with an accent so strong I could hardly understand her. She asked if I was still experiencing pain. I said no and hung up. I reported on here before, but this showed a different "company". I'm so sick of these calls. We don't have the option of call blocking and obviously do not call lists don't work.- Caller: SEONX
- annoyedRec'd call at 7:30 am- I was expecting a call later in the day, but answered the call thinking it was the call I was expecting. out of state area code- suspicious.... heavy accent gentleman knew my name, but wanted me to verify the spelling, said he was from "wellness" something..he wanted to verify my address- but he had an old address of mine- I let him believe it was correct, since at this point I knew this was a scam. He then wanted my doctor's name- at this point I told him I was ending the call because I did not believe this was a legitimate phone call. Added to my reject list. Call was from Jackson, CA.
- Consumer advocate"We are calling to offer you free (??? could not understand her accent) cream, as our medical records show that you are having body pain."
I told her I do not have any pain, and she politely (yeah-go figure) ended the call. She did not ask for a specific name.
To all seniors reading this message, NEVER, EVER fall for these "free" offers. With medical supplies (diabetic, back/knee braces) or emergency call for help services, they will charge your medicare insurance for the products. They will ask for your medicare number, which is your social security number, and you may become a victim of ID theft. That's what happened to my mother.
Please do not deal with these kinds of people. BE VERY CAREFUL. - C. EstradaHangs up after initial call. Left message for diabetic supplies.

- NoAnswerCall went to our answering machine and a female with no discernible accent asked for my wife by name. Based on the above comments this is an illegal call to my "Do Not Call" phone number by a telemarketing company, as she has diabetes. Where they get their information from worries me. I hear about data breaches all the time but someone needs access to not only a name but also a phone number, besides the fact that she is diabetic. That's a bit sophisticated in my opinion. Why can't the FCC pull the plug on these annoying operations?
- Caller: diabetic supplier?

- BernadetteI was reading all the comments. They seem to be exactly like the calls I am getting. I found these calls started after I began doing surveys and said my husband was diabetic. All the calls are about medical supplies. I told them to stop calling. Then we get others calling from different states about medical supplies. I figured it out. The surveys I do give out our info. So beware if you do surveys....they are not worth the aggravation.
