Number calls just about everyday  I don't answer when I call back it gives a busy tone.

Keep getting calls from this number; do not answer; have not called back.

just received a call, no message. Call back and number is not valid.

Two calls, two nights in a row, around the same time. I answered, but nobody was on the line.

Same thing.  Calls regularly, no one on phone just hangs up - when call back it's busy/disconnect.

I have been getting about one phone call per day from this number for about one month now and it is getting annoying. What kind of scam is this and how do I make it stop. I guess I can block it!

You just answered your own question. Why did you wait so long?

This number is the dudes calling to scam you by saying they are from Windows Tech Support and there is a virus on your computer.  They try to get you to give them remote access to your computer and then pay them $300 for them to "fix" it.
