A person from this number who said his name was Michael called.  He said he was calling from "U S Diabetics"  I asked him if "U S Diabetics" was the legal name they were doing business in Oregon under and he said yes.  When I said, "So if I check with the Oregon Secretary of States office and would find "U S Diabetics" listed?  At that point he hung up without saying anything.

I don't know this number so I didn't answer but no voicemail?? Seems shady.

Did not know number did not answer no voice mail.shady to me.

Number is from Merced, Cali. Didn't answer. Called at approx. 2:00 PM.

Received phone call this morning at 8:15 am pst. Man with a very heavy Indian accent said he was from Allstate Insurance, started asking me a bunch of questions about my car.  I shut him off asking to speak to someone from the U.S., he said he was calling from Dallas TX.  I told him that I was already an Allstate customer and to not call again.  BTW this phone number is in Merced California, a far cry from Dallas TX!  Obviously some sort of scam.  I, doubt that he was from Allstate Ins. Co.

Keep getting phone calls fom 209-233-8862 and when I answer they hang up.

I told him to have sex with himself, in so many words........

John Smith of Home Improvement and Remodeling Group.  Pre-Screener to generate leads for home improvement.

Got a call at 3:35 PM 3-23-12...Refused to answer as I did not recognize number.

The first calls came from "Consumer Service," allegedly in Beverly Hills, CA, "unknown" on Caller ID, then Home Improvement & Remodeling Group calls from 703-759-4944 [# listed as Ken & Judy Hersey, VA], they were calling on behalf of servicemagic.com and Call Connect Leads, LLC Simi Valley CA. In turn Service Magic and Call Connect sold illegally telemarketed leads to BNS Marble & Granite, No. Hollywood, CA and Best Builders & Development, Inc, 3699 Wilshire Blvd. #850, Los Angeles, CA. Told the contractors they'd bought illegally telemarketed leads, not "Internet Application" leads. Several minutes later, "unknown" called back.

I keep getting calls ftrom this number on my cell phone??? Looked it up and says Merced CA but if you call the number it does not exist. Last call was at 9:45 in evening. If telemarketer this is too late to be calling. Stopped answering when this number comes up. Agree with the "heavy accent" when they called last time. Muttered something about home improvement before I hung up.

Heavy Indian accent with the name of John Smith (really?) from some home improvement company. I hung up quickly.

Got a call this evening on my cell they left no message when I called back said it was a magic jack phone number that was unassigned.

Calling every week does not leave a message. see, like Spam

got this call at 4 pm on my cell didn't answer as I know no one with this area code...they left no message.

Keep calling me in Colorado, I have not answered, and no messages left. [***] [***].

This number and 8864 are both magic jack spammers..

Got called by this number, and I hung up, and they called me again.  Heavy Indian accent. Something about home improvements. You could hear all the telemarketers in the background, and I mentioned this.  Anyway, the day before this all happened, I got a call from the same number and it was  magic jack.  This stuff needs to stop. It should be illegal.  With all the kids with cell phones, they are sitting victims if they dont know better.

Same thing happend to me as written above. I called the number back and it said it was dissconnected! How could they get the phone company to agree to this scam?!!

Just got a call from 209 233 8862. Its the 4th call this month..I don't answer.. its annoying
