I also got a call from this number.  Did not answer the call and no message left on my answering machine.

Called yesterday with this number, just stadic on the line after I answered.  Today called with number listed as 1-209-248-8781, added to my call blocker.

Another one bites the dust...blocked!

Telecom constru.    Keep calling and calling. Will not stop. How can you stop it?

Criminal called my cell phone and offered to put up alarm company signs in my front yard. Total shakedown in order to separate me from my cash. I hung up and blocked the number immediately.  The criminal was reading from a script and sounded like he was drunk.

Got a call on my cell phone from 209 248-8781 and they would not respond but could hear breathing.  Further calls, I just answer and immediately hang up without saying a word.

got the same caller, said he was from National Monitoring Systems, claimed to be BBB accredited, call originated from Modesto, CA. I blocked him immediately, no such company in bbb.org, no such company. As soon as he called, I asked him where he got my name from and 'click', he disconnected.

said they were national monitoring services and hung up when i asked what they wanted

No message , dead air.

Have received numerous calls from this company spoofing different phone numbers.  You can keep blocking them, but just know that it is not the original phone number from which they are calling.  The carriers need to get involved to put a stop to this.
