Have received NUMEROUS calls claiming to be from TRI-CARE for CHRONIC PAIN. Frustrated there is no live person at the other end to yell at! Tri-Care is a military based insurance provider. They would not solicit "business" through telemarketing.

I got the Tricare version of these calls.  Have filed a complaint with the FTC for whatever good that does.  As it happens, I am Tricare eligible and get my prescriptions by mailorder filled through their civilian pharmacy that they pretty much forced us to begin using.  Tricare itself is primarily manned by civilians and the pharmacy is totally civilian.  Bottom line is that I'm pretty sure someone along the line has provided a lot, if not all, Tricare users' info to this telemarketer and I hope others will see this post and begin to raise hell about how well your medical information is being safeguarded.

I got a call from this number this morning saying they had great health insurance through Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Since it was a recording and no one to talk to to ask to be removed from their call list, I hung up.

Caller ID said LOCAL.  209 area code is California, I'm in Ohio.  no message.

I receive countless calls from telemarketers every day.  The phone numbers are changed daily, so blocking the calls are impossible.  I don't answer any calls that I do not recognize.  I believe that our phone numbers are given out, at a fee, to telemarketers.  I also believe the government sells this information at a price to whomever is willing to pay.  I don't believe in the Easter Bunny and I have my doubts that Santa Claus exists, but I do know "Scam" from high places when I see it.  Therefore, I don't trust our government.

This number shows up as "Local" on the caller ID.

And it is very apparent it is a scam due to the fact that it says "Local" on the caller ID.

This call is not local. I am well aware of all of the local prefixes of my calling area.

I do not want these numbers to call me.

I received a call from this 209-288-4795 - on Caller ID as LOCAL.  This was the same day as 719-582-2936 aslo LOCAL per Caller ID.  Yet according to other posts 209 a CA #, 719 CO.  I'm on East Coast - hardly "local call".
Anyway did not answer, & answering machine turned off.

Recording -- Caller ID says "Healthplans USA"

I get a call from this number a few times and there is a voicemail but when I call right after they did to listen to the voicemail my voicemail says someone already entered that number and says goodbye then the voicemail is gone. I've changed my number on my password just weird how that happens right after they call
