Stupid # keeps calling and hangs up when you answer. If you call back says # you called is not in service. WTF!?! Don't answer calls from this #!

Answered when theu called looling for my wife.
Claimed they were calling from "grand Education" then hung up me.

Several calls no one says anything

Had several call that I didn't answer. Tried calling back and it said number is not in service. Called 3x on 6/10/2015, once on 6/11/2015 and once today which is 6/12/2015. Ive been receiving calls from that education grant another person mentioned in one of these complaints about this number.

This number just called my cell phone twice in the last 45 minutes. Did not leave a message.
