Keep calling in regards to the lawsuit!!!

They call my place of employment with threats about a law suit.  No details are given.

They have called my work and home. Threating a Law suit for money laundering due to Payday Loan. Cantacted FBI they say its an idenity Theft Scam

I received a call from work from a "lawer", name Robert P. He said that there is a class action against me, so I told him that I will call him back.

I received a phone call this morning saying the same thing! Saying that me or my attoreney needed to contact them. I'm glad to know it a scam!

Called sayin i took out a payday loan with ezcash. that i owed $613.00 but wouldnt tell me when i took it out or what account it went into. also told me to to hire a good lawyer or else lmao

Received a call from them this morning.  First they left a message saying for me or my attorney to contact them and if not then good luck.  Very heavy India accent.  Second time they called I answered and it was a lady with a heavy accent.  She was trying to get me to verify my information which I would not do then she proceeded to say that I owed 350 dollars to EZ cash international and that having a payday loan thru them is illegal in my state.  I told her send me the proof and she said that her law firm don't have any paper work because it was an online.  I finished by saying I never had a loan with that company and to send me documentation, she told me I was stupid for not listening to what she had to say.  At that point I hung up on her.  Sounded like she was calling from a noisy mall or something definitely not no law office.

That is the same guy that called me had a heavy accent.

I was left a voicemail on my work number for me to call them back or my attorney to contact them if i didn't call them back that they wish me good luck. The person who calls me has a heavy indian accent. I'm just so annoyed all ready because it's been a month that i've been receiving these calls at my work. I don't want to get in trouble or lose my job for some stupid person who keeps calling me. I even told them That i knew it was scam and they will stop calling for about a week, then they call back with a different number these people won't give up. Just be careful and don't give them any information.
This i guess is their latest phone number. Perivous numbers in the past were 888-346-6878 Agent name was Martin Klein, or Nass Taylor. 818-254-8790 Agent name Ken/Gabriel. Then last week someone with an Americian voice left me a voicemail her number was 888-622-0222 Agent name was Diana. The people that keep calling me all have a heavy indian accent, but last week a lady called me with an americian voice. Just be careful of the voice even if they don't have an accent because its still a scam and their tatics everytime they call is a little different.

Sounds identical to the 22 calles I have recieved today, only difference is the phone number.  Be aware of this number as well 951-257-5813.  Dimes to doughnuts, the number they are calling you from (and me as well) will not be a working number in a couple of days.

I received a phone call from this same people too. I have to place a police report and contacted my bank.

I did a phonelookup search on this number 209 396 6905. The company is using PAC- West Telecomm,  the company is located in Sonora, CA 95370. I will report this to the authority. I hope the authority can stop them.

I recieved the first call while at work today , an Indian man , couldnt understand him and he would give me no information. a [***], on my way home my office man called and said he called again - she said it was prolly a scam since her friend had did the same thing before. THen I got a call tonite from him and he was say ing " good luck" jerk! my husband called back and the Indian woman was saying the same [***]. he asked how much would it be to stop? (knowing it was a scam) and she said $445. - on $5000 bill? yeah right. what an ass!!
my husband kept demanding for papers and they said oh no we cannot it is too late for that.

ughh what can we do!?!
