Call comes back as a spoofed number. No confirmation

Claims to be a public service announcement.  Call me periodically.  Have reported this number to the National Do Not Call Complaint website.

Called me on my mobile. I suspect it's some kind of data mining operation. Once you've responded to it, they've got you on their list of stuff they can sell to somebody else to call you.

I received a call on my cell and my home phone from the number above.  Didn't bother to leave a message on my cell but did leave a message on my home phone.  As Paul mention, the message claims to be a public service announcement about lowering your Energy bill.

call incessantly and claim to have important information on how to lower my energy bill. They call ally neighbors too. It is a scam. So annoying.

Left no message, but here is my message to the moron and loser who sets up these robotic calls. Your call is blocked with my call-blocking Panasonic phone.  And guess what àѕѕηθļє? No ring when you call back!  We will eventually win.  Just imagine if 300 of you creeps called 100 numbers each and nobody answered?  Assuming no duplicated numbers, that’s 30,000 phones that are not answered!  (i know you can’t do the simple math.)  so why don’t you go back to school and finish your 4th-grade education?
Then, get a real job.

My experience is like all of the above--claims to be an important message calling about my electric bill.  Calls my mobile AND landline.  I am on the do not call list but they seem to be above the rules.  REALLY annoying.

No message, I blocked number... Spammer?

I'm on the 'do not call list', but they relentlessly call my home phone and cell phone.  It's a marketing call.  Don't pick up.

Got a call from them today and they left a voice mail as seen below. I just blocked them with Google Voice. Very easy to do.

I just received a call from (209) 407-5556 and immediately hung up.  Their number is TOTALLY BLOCKED now, thanks to Vonage.

Called my cell phone. I didn't pick it up.

They left a message claiming that I have qualified for a new government program that will eliminate student debt and that their records show I have student debt.  Since I went to UCLA at a time when there was no tuition I find this amusing.  Not amusing is being plagued by these people.

I got a call from 209-407-5556! I only know its a number out of California because I used to live there but no one in lodi knows my number!! only my mother and grandmother do! its weird cuz when I call it back it says something about no call list!! I'm wondering if this a scam or something please let me know

Starting saying that I qualified for a student loan. Now what would this 76 year old go back to school is she had a loan? No way. I hung up.

Received a call from this number, and an automated male voice wanted to help me reduce or get rid of my NON EXISTENT student loan debt. I barely listened to it as I waited for it to finish. At the end was an option to press a number and never hear from them again. Hopefully, their opt out worked, but I'll wait and see.

Called twice today. Left no message.
