This phone calls my daughter then hangs up.  Anyone know who this might be?  We are in Tracy CA

Just got a call from this number it rang once and then they hung up. I didn't answer nor did i call them back, as a general rule.  I  DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM NUMBERS I DON'T RECOGNIZE, OR IN STATES OR COUNTRIES I DON'T KNOW ANYONE IN..OR THAT IS NOT IN MY STORED NUMBERS IN MY PHONE. If you have a blocking app on your cell phone I highly recommend blocking this number.

just got one didn't even get a chance to answer and said missed call so it is on my block list now

I missed a call from this number and decided to call it back. A guy answered the phone saying that i looked up a website earlier that day and i won a free $100 walmart gift cart along with $60 in other gift cards. He asked my name and I told him Its Abraham Lincoln and he said I was the winner they were looking for and all I needed to do was pay for shipping. Scam....Scam....Scam

This number called me and my phone only rung twice. Didn't call back. From looking at these posts, maybe it was a scam.

I was just cleaning my apartment and all of a sudden this number pops up. I didn't answer because I obviously didn't know the number. Checked my voicemail and there was nothing. Figured it was a scam anyone know who they might be?

Got this call this afternoon.  Left message about student loan debt forgiveness.  Mentioned federal government and people with bad credit.

The cell phone is my main phone, I never hear my home phone ring because it's "muted" but screen shows calls from this number with the Customer Service name. They never leave messages so I just ignore them because after a while they will stop calling, it always happens that way.
