I don't know what to tell you, but whoever is behind the number is a crook. He or they charged my card too, but I caught the discrepancy in time and called my card company. You ought to dispute any charge to your card. Good luck.

I got charged 25.00 called my credit card co. to cancel card! I called this number says it is out of service!

I also had a charge from positivecoll on my bank statement with this phone number. I called the number and it is out of service. I called my bank and they said it was an international dating/escort service company. My bank cancelled my debit card, refunded my account, and is investigating the charge. They also found two other charges from a few months back that slipped past me.

charged 100 dollars on my CC plus 3 dollar foreign exchange fee on 10/21/13 just found this out

I have a charge of $50.06 on my cc plus a $1.50 foreign exchange fee..I am disputing this transaction it says its from "SKYPAY?"

I also got a random charge for $1001.81! My cc company said it's skypay and it's a dating escort service.
