I called him back right after, the thief answered and he asked my name, but DID NOT tell him my name. He told me he is looking for my husband - somehow he knows my husband name. So, I told him that YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW YOU CAN REACH MY HUSBAND. HE IS A FEDERAL OFFICER. IF YOU ARE A FEDERAL OFFICER, YOU COULD LOCATE HIM. WHY ARE YOU ASKING ME ???
Then, the thief hung up the phone. - Chris replies to Chrishttp://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml ---. I report this scam to FBI - IRS Impersonation Scam Reporting.

It's a recorded message saying there is an IRS arrest warrant for me at my address. He has a Middle Eastern accent and wants me to return the call at (209) 487-9566. I was finally able to understand the phone number he was saying. Hopefully people who believe this scam won't be able to understand the number he is saying either and will just call the IRS instead. - John White| 1 replyThis SPAMMERS!!!! Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. - Ruby PadillaI received a phone call and he left a message that i had arrest warrant and my home was under investigation
