This is the same group of people that call and say they are a law firm and threaten to take you to court if you don't pay a bill that you don't owe. They have phone, work and ssn. Apparently, they buy throw away cell phones and move from coast to coast. This call was from Calif....last month, different #, same voice, in New York. I now have lifelock so if they try to use my info, hopefully that will stop them.

Yes i just got a call too, they left a voice message saying i better call or have my attorney call or good luck to me like im going to go to jail or something. im going to call them after work and see what they are trying to say.  Tell these people to get a life and stop calling while people are trying to work....

I just got the same call about 3 minutes ago. I couldnt understand the lady because of her accent. It sounded bogus and she said good luck to me if I dont call her back. She said she was from Hopkins law firm.

received a call from Shawn Jason at this number making threats of needing an attorney.Who are these people?Why can't they leave a good citizen alone?

Just received the same call. They called me once last week and said they were "Eric Matthews." Now this week they are some guy named "henry" but it's obviously the same voice. I hung up so he called back 4 times in a row. Tried to tell me there's a legal case with my name on it in Orange County, CA. I'm from Buffalo and the only time I've ever been to Cali was when I was 7 years old. These losers need to get a new job and a life.

DO NOT ANSWER THESE CALLS OR CALL THEM BACK!!!  It is a scam!  I have already filed 2 reports with the FTC and my states attorney general.  They are foreign and as long as you answer their calls or argue with them, they will keep calling.  The FTC states to just DONT ANSWER THEM!!  They have called my cell 4 times and home 2 times in the past 2 hours.  They are relentless and are trying to rip you off for some bill they say you owe but you DONT.  DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!!!

I got the same call from a man with an accent, sounding like he was from a foreign country.  I get these all the time, and I sick of it.  Something should be done.  Why can't they be investigated?  I am calling the police and the Attorney General of the state I live in.

I am getting the same threats as the rest of you folks. Also getting phone calls from 619 500 2671. These folks a going to have a rude awakining as I am a Sherriffs Deputy an will prosicute them to the full extent of the law....

I too am getting these same calls daily, very annoying. the call comes from this # 619-500-2659, and the message says to return the call at this # 209-542-4022. Some india speaking dude named Ravin Ruso, I am not about to call him back, the threats are just aweful, sure hope these people can be stopped. This world has gone mad.

I just received a call today from 209-542-4022. They have all my info, name ssn and address.They told me that I signed up for a loan online and after I got the money I ran off with it. I asked the guy to tell me which company and how much but he could not provide that so I asked if I could speak with the company that loaned me the money and he said that they no longer wanted to deal with me. I told him I did not receive any loan and have proof from my bank statements. He said that I would all the information on the subpoena and documents that they would bring to my house.  They said a warrant was also out on me as well and could not discuss any further with me and hung up.

I just received a call today and he said his name was Charles and to call him back I am not going to call back because it is bogus number. Please stop calling true citizens that are trying to work for a living

I just got a call from this number. I got a call from a different number today too. They said have my attorney call by the end of the day or else.

I got the same call from the same people... on my cell and on my work phone! Talking about if you lose the case then you'll have to pay $8,500.00 or something like that... and I asked them what bank account was it deposited in and they couldn't answer. Then I said I don't have time for this just do whatever it is that you're going to do and I'll worry about it later and they hung up! Haha how professional.

I just got a phone call from these people, they are really good, they come and tell you that they will prosecute you and threat you like you don’t believe, they will ask you for the payment and they will ask you for photocopy of your I’d, call the bank or the person to whom you think you money to before you move one finger.

Same number same message from last night telling me good luck. After several years you'd think they would update their script.  Ignore them and tell you boss at work to ignore them. I am going to cancel my bank accounts and from now on live off cash.  Screw the grid.

Received 4 calls within 3 minutes of each other.  Scammers!

Hi, I've been getting these calls nonstop for the past 3 days, have called even my work # and tell me that I am going to be arrested. They then tell me that I can either pay outside of court or inside, if I pay inside it will cost me $9k but if out of court withthem on credit card, it's only #1300.00. absolutely unbelievable... Have you heard back from them at all?

These people are crazy.  Same 209 phone number, same threatening message.  Such a total scam.  If anyone really owed money to a lender, the lender would be calling, not these idiots with [***] accents whom we can't even understand.
