This number calls my phone about five times a day!

Same here. And when I answer they hang up immediately...anyone getting the same thing??

supposedly this is from a payday loan from evergreen legal services.  Never had a pay day loan from anyone.  When I called back from a different number they asked for my social security number etc.  Not going to happen sorry don't waste your time or mine with these scams.

Called twice today on my cell phone.  Called back from another number lady who answered phone didn't even know which company she should say she works for.  Well enough said.

I have get calls from this number 5-6 times a day. I don't answer them because I am work and I WILL NOT LOSE MY JOB for this again how can I stop them

Calling at all time of the day and not going to answer them I don't have pay loans and don't want one if I don't work do stop Calling. ..

They call my phone everyday like 6-8 times a day. Well I already lost my job once cause kept calling me at work I am homeless with two kids and a disable husband and I am not going to answer anybody cause I have no money because of them harassing me, and beside they leave no message. ....

Debt collector trying to call my phone asking for personal information usually cals a few times then stops for a few weeks. The message usually asks for me to press #1 to contact representative which I never do anymore because they are abusive and offensive about my personal information. Very pushy and considering I went bankrupt last year I know this is BS

I called the police on these jerk. they should get real jobs. jobs that are positive to the public and to themselves. what a waste of time for them to bother people all day. what if someone did that to them?! Sad life they must lead.

these fellas call a few times a day, ya'll mention its a Loan company but i've never utilized such a service.

They call me about twice a day, I have metro pcs and the BlockIt app allows me to file complaints against them instantly, If enough people do this, they WILL stop.

This number keeps calling us asking for a specific person, saying if we're not that person, to hang up. Well, this is a business, and we've never heard of this so called person.

I to have got a number of calls from this firm (Tel: 209-593-5813) & when I explain I am not the person they are seeking to contact, they just say give me your number & I will remove your number from our database. I tried hard to ask them to inform the company who has hired them to chase the person who obviously gave my number, but the guy who answered "Steve" just talked over me & said just give me your number, not willing to comply with my request, why should I do as he asked. The next time they call me I will report them as for a number of yours now I have logged my number on the do not call list, so lets see where this goes.

This number calls me multiple times a day.  When I call back they ask me the number I'm calling from.  I tell them I'll give them my phone number if they tell me who they are.  They immediately hang up.  They are just some telemarketer who has no ethics and is obviously peddling something that no reasonable person would purchase.

Company is BS! They get worked up when i question their practices

I just read everyone's post above and I am in the same boat as you all.  These people call me 0600 Hawaii time and it continues throughout the day.  I called back once and asked who they were looking for and they mentioned my name.  I then asked her what company she represents and she was supposedly from the legal department for a payday loan company.  She asked for more information and when I asked her for her name address and phone number to give to my attorney she was hostile.  Instead of dealing with her, I had my attorney contact this number and sure enough, he had been given the run around 6 times and was left on hold for 30 minutes and longer.

I don't know what they want from me, I had just filed bankruptcy.  I just wanted information to give to my attorney so I can have this if it was legitimate company discharged!

So I block my # and call back to get threatened to jail and court for me to pick which I would like! So I told them I would seek legal council and take them down for being a scam, only to get told to screw off etc. I will be contacting legal

They call themselves AFS Legal Services.  Supposedly Accounts Financial Solutions.  No idea where they are located.  These scam companies use letter combinations in an effort to  spoof other companies, or ARE other companies.  This might be Accelerated Financial Services.  

CAN YOU SAY SCAM ? probably trying to scam elderly people out of money. never give your credit information over the phone to settle a debt.

I keep getting calls from this number saying I owe some Cash Jar Loan which I never heard of and told them!  Ask for some info to be sent which they don't have.  I have told them not to call my house because of my medical condition which causes Me to have a lot more Anxiety, Stress and Paranoid!  Told them you all are trying to scam people and stop calling Me because I don't Owe You All Anything!
