I don't have any credit card debt, have no idea why this call came in.

Oh I knew it was a scam so I answered the call because I really enjoy talking to scammers... I just tell them that YES I REALLY WOULD LOVE TO LOWER MY INTEREST RATE... BUT I KNOW YOU ARE [***] SCUMBUG SCA,MMERS SO SHUT THE F UP AND NEVER CALL ME AGAIN:-) :-) :-) :-) .

Obviously it came to you to scam you and get your credit card number do they can get money out of your card!!!

Caller ID is -VISS GARY G-  called and left no message on answering machine.
When I called back-after blocking the number permanently NO ANSWER!!
Phone rings forever with no answer.

I like to pretend I'm "old" and infirm and a  highly uneducated and gullible alone woman--and then wait and see how far they'll go with their already sad & total lack of ethics or empathy for others!. If I think it's a CC debt relief call.
-I'll tell them that I'm $100,000. in debt on my cards & that I'm making only minimum payments on each and I can't continue to pay.....

My opinion:  The people are crooks.  They operate as Card Member Services (Rachel, from Card Member Services).  They will collect and save all information they have on you and information you give them.  They also operate a Medical Alert Device Scam and sell your information to telemarketers in India.  VERY VERY BAD PEOPLE....

"Rachel from Cardholder Services...".  Pressed 1 to speak to rep.   Marcus stated he got my contact information from Experian & wanted to know how much I owed.  I said if you got my info from Experian then you should know how much - that's what Experian keeps track of.  He hung up when he realized I was not going to give him any info.

I get these calls often, and if I'm not busy I give them the info they ask for (faked) until it gets to my credit card number.  Then I tell them to hold while I find my card.  I lay the phone down and go about my business.  What is really sad is that these scams would have stopped years ago if not for the idiots who get taken in by them.

Block them.  I have blocked 55 of these idiots so far.  I keep my home phone forwarded to my cell and block them there.  Hahaha.  They NEVER get to talk to me anymore.  I just don't answer numbers that I don't recognize.  If they leave a message then I know if it is a good caller or not.
