This person doesn't even have the courtesy to try and scam me in English. He spoke Spanish and didn't understand a word I said.

Answered back in Spanish. I have received calls from this number many times. They are marketing company targeting Hispanic homeOwners in the valley trying to sell them solar. When you don't start speaking Spanish to them they hang up on you. My guess is its a lead generating company trying to set up an apt to sell to a solar contractor. Annoying thing is they wont stay on long enough to let you tell them to remove your number from their register.

209-626-1867 is an incredibility smelly, slimy criminal telescammer trying to steal your identity. He needs to go out of business, pay hefty fines and share a prison cell with Bubba. Also tries to hock solar. This is a worthless lowlife that's a horrible excuse as a human. Appears to at present be preying on unsuspecting hispanics. They are calling several times a day and getting my answering machine. I have been less than friendly and they still call.

I receive calls from 2096261867 every day and want it to stop!  No one answers.

Called nonstop for a week so far... numerous times a day up until 9:45pm last night. Finally answered and told them to stop calling. "Put me on your do not call list" and she said she didn't understand English. BS. Total scammers

I got 3 of these calls yesterday. One today. Say they don't speak English?? Can't get rid of them.  I told them to take my name off their list. Anyone have an answer for this crap??

Calls daily, multiple months!

My call blocking phone has blocked multiple calls per day from this number for over two weeks. The Caller ID says VOIP CALLER each time they call. A call blocking phone is the only effective way to keep these robo-callers from making your phone ring at all hours of the day and night.

I get multiple calls from this number, when I called it back, they say "do you speak a spanish". I blocked, but see multiple attempted calls.
