I received a call from the same number and it cost me a lot of money. There should  more protection for the consumer angainist internet FRAUD. These people spoke with heavy accents with American names.

Received a call from 209-682-5668 advising approved for 3000 loan. After several minutes and request for a processing fee of $250, I recognized fraudulent intentions.

paul andrew called me five times from number 209-628-5678 told me i have been approved for a loan of $3000 and asked me to send $200 up front to get my $3000 caller cash advance or checksmartstore.com

I recieve many many calls from this number and i "cash advance america" and I have told them many times to quit calling me please! They the curse me out and hang up on me and continue to call and harass me! When my wife answered once the said they worked for playboy and offered to pay her $10,000.00 to pose nude. I then she then asked for a supervisor and the guy asked her if she was a "stupid f**king C**t" then hung up again! THEY HAVE TO BE STOPPED!

Had a thick accented female American name call from this number as well.  Offered advance loan up to $3000 with up to 18 months to repay. I got suspicious when I called back and no one not even a voice mail picked up.  Then 5 min later someone called back from that number.  What I would like toknow is how they get all of ur info without I giving it to them. They had everything all the way down to my bank routing number.  Who and how do I report them?

I got the same call and they offer me a 3000 loan and I had to pay a 150 dollar processing fee and then they asked me to pay 350 dollar for bank fees then I reported it to BBB better business bureau.

Several calls within a few hours with no messages left but I could here chatter in the background.

Received a voice mail at work from an Allen that I have won $5,000 from Cash Advance and that I should call back. It has been my routine to check out calls via the internet to confirm phone numbers prior to calling back anyone. There are too many scams out there and based on the other notations about this number proves my reasoning to confirm the numbers. Nothing is given for nothing. Assume this theory at all times.

They called me every three minutes for a cpl of days. It was very annoying. They even called the office where I work and interrupted business. I finally answered and told them to take me off of their calling list. The fuy said F*** you and hung up. I dont see how this goes on. If it was me doing this the cops would be busting down my doors but since they are foreigners they do whatever they want. This country has got to stand up to these people/animals instead of being cowards.

They walked me thru everythng telliin me i was gettin money and all and now they want answer my calls !!!Im so upset!!!!!!!!!!

got a call fro 209-682-5678 and he left a message to say we were approved for a loan.  This was fraud.

OMG I had been receiving calls all day from that # (209) 683-5678. They I got approved for a payday loan for 3,000 and left me a VM saying to get it. I need to wire the $250. OMFG guess there's too many payday loaners that are scamming with so much finance fees. Those are idiots that are so damn hungry trying to scam on PayPal like us that work hard for our money. Guess they will do anything for $. Dumb [***], they need to get a real job instead. They wanna rip off us U.S. citizens. I agree they should get the ICE and FBI to investigate these hungry [***]. I'm fed up receiving so many calls from different #s and then return the calls back. They not in service or they have connections with other ppl, and they should investigate Western Union cuz they must be working with them scammers cuz they ask me to wire the $ thru Western Union. They should close Western Union out. Whatcha think ppl?

I received a call stating that I was eligible for a loan, i sent my first initial payment then they asked for more.  The mans name was Craig Miller, on Saturday I still hadn't received my money. I called and craig was not therr. A man named John Benson called me staring that Craig was no longer with the company, that they had him arrested because he stole the money. John Benson wanted me to send 1000.00 to get my money back. He said that my check had been issued, I asked for a picture of the check and he told me that it was not possible. I told him that i did not have 1000.00 dollars to send, he then told me that I would be arrested since I sent the money to Craig Miller. I asked why I would be arrested and he said that I helped a criminal. I told him that i was the victim. I called my local police department and they said that i would not be arrested because i got scammed. What can we do to stop this?

I to received a call from this group along with other numbers that sound like the same man and lady.  I am so glad that there are resources like this that is helping out the consumer before getting scamed.  Thank You

They said I was approved for a 3,000 Loan.  Had to send 280 dollars western union.  Then they would western union 3,000 to me.  Scam ripoff!   Never got the 3,000.   Used name cash advance America.

I also got a call so many times and keep calling me. I picked the call and they told the same like above said to western union $350 and then they can return back along with the loan of $3000 in my account. Scam ripoff ! Used name cash advance america..I don't know they are getting the cell numbers to call... May be cash advance websites people are helping them.. Can anybody tell me whether we can file a complaint on this to avoid this kind of disturbance..

Western Union is NEVER to be used to send money to someone you don't know. Also, if you have to pay an advance fee to get a loan - 100% it's a scam. MANY articles in the forum on this.

I can't believe i fell for this scam. I noticed it went fishy once they asked me that i have to pay fedex $500 to send this loan check. They have already received my "security deposit" which supposedly I'll be receiving back on the loan then sent another payment for "insurance" to secure my loan. When i  called them back it was always the same person just with another name and he forced himself to changed his voice. They tend to get very hostile with me when i couldn't understand what he was saying and when i told him i couldn't make that payment to fedex for the check. I am trying my best to track them down. But I'm going to hire a detective to find who picked up the money from western union because you need an ID to retrieve the money. I will be getting my revenge back. They are not getting away that easy.
