They called my cell from a NY # that included a automated message to call 2096833917 because I was being sued by IRS.

I received a call from 315-789-9404 saying they were the IRS and they were suing me. They asked me to call 209-683-3917.

Telling me they are the irs and I am being sued

There is a widespread IRS or "tax scam" being  practiced by scammers on both Canadian and USA residents.

Short answer:
The IRS never initiates a contact via phone.
They always send a snailmail first.

I received a call from 607-594-4642 (Caller ID said Dandy Mini Mart. When I looked it up, it said Odessa, NY) saying that I was being sued by the IRS and I should call 209-683-3917

Same as T.S.J. but caller ID said "Pay Phone" robo voice said I was being sued by IRS and to call 209-683-3917.

Received a Unknown Caller computer recorded call from #530 888 9043 telling me that the IRS is suing me and I need to call 209 683-3917

I got the call from 599-386-9701 telling me to call  201-683-3917 - automated voice claiming I was being sued by IRS.

Got a call supposedly from the IRS saying I was being sued and told me to call 209-683-3917.   (What a bunch of jerks!  Hope the FBI gets this scum.

Recieved a phone call from #209-683-3917 saying we are being sued the IRS and to call back 3/7/15.

If you receive a scam call from #209-683-3917 and are told that you are being sued by IRS and to call back, REPORT THE CALL to your State Attorney General's Office and to the U.S. Treasury Inspector General (1-800-366-4484) or www.tigta.com.

IRS is going to sue me .....prank call

So I received the same call with message & when I called back the Indian guy who answered said his name was "Suckmydick" with his "Indian accent", and then started asking me my age, and what I do for fun with my friends... People really need to get a life!!!
