Threatening call claiming to be a federal agent.  Doesn't specify agency.  Foreign accent.

This number is a scam preying on the stupid.  They left a message about a judgement against me in federal court and they were there to help me.  No specific details about me just I should call them back or face jail time.  Like I am some kind of idiot.  Added to my call block list.

They told my 88-yr-old mother that IRS was coming to seize her assets! She called my at work scared to death. These people need to be arrested!

Yup- got 2 calls in an hour and message on the machine keeps repeating the guy says his name is Dennis Gray? An we are in danger of being called befroe a magistrate or grand jury

This caller is threatening a legal action to collect a tax debt that doesn't exist.  Is the phone company and the gov't powerless to stop this extortion?

Got a call form 209 736 5850, I called back and asked them for a web site with .gov that shows this number and they gave me fuckyou.com

These people keep calling my house regarding some so called lein or federal tax penalty.  They are scammers.  I called them back and told them to stop calling my house or I would report them to the police, the guy said he would call my house 10 more times.  Why can't these people be stopped!!

Dennis Gray from the Federal Magistrate illegal alien foreign accent threat scam wants everybody to call 209-736-5850 twice every minute until we get bored. AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN.  In fact, doing that would be doing him/her/it a favor by possibly avoiding people (not saying who) going up to Angels Camp California (wherever that is) and seeking a Second Amendment solution to our collective problem. Nobody would want that, right?  Right?  No comment.

Honestly, I am not as outraged when I get these fake / b.s. calls.  What pisses me off is when these ass-persons call and frighten little old ladies and little old men and try to con them into getting sucked into whatever their scam of the day may be. There should be a new law: the host/server/service provider should be liable civilly after a certain number of fraud complaints have been received. That will shut these people down fast.

These scumbags called me too but left no message.  I saw Angels camp on ID.  Will block them.  My black list is headed toward 500 numbers.  What a bunch of *&^%$%^U@

Caller claimed to be from the U.S Treasury and advised that not calling back would be considered failure and second notice and result in needing to appear before a Federal Magistrate.  Most of the call was nearly unintelligible.  Call ended with "Help us help you"

You're pretty much right.  They are powerless.  The scammers are located in India and Pakistan and as such beyond the reach of US law.  A call blocker might be of some help.  Also don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize, or where there are caller IDs that seem odd.  Or where there is no caller ID.

Have it on my answering machine. Says message is for "you" no name nothing. And wonderful part is that this "urgent" message repeats itself on my machine 3x. What a bunch of bull! I hope ppl do not get scammed.
