Just got a call. I hung up as soon as the recorded voice said " this is a call about your current credit card service. There is nothing wrong... "

The man with a strong accent said they were a "card service company" that could save me interest on my credit card
that I owe $$$ on.  I kept requesting him to state the name of his company, and he would not.  He put me on hold, but I heard him say to his supervisor "I keep telling her....; she is very stupid..."; then the line went dead.

Received a call from this number and they hung up when I answered.  

got a call...didn't answer....no message left

They stated they were a credit card company that worked for capitol one, wells fargo and others. Man had a very thick accent. He stated that he could lower my interest rates on my card (s). I said great. I asked him to verify my account (s) and he said that he had to get all that info from me to verify that he had the right person. I told him that hes the one who called me, and more interestingly,  I dont have any credit cards. He was silent for a second, said thanks and hung up. Clearly a scam to get into peoples accounts. Beware!
