It appears that the Law Offices of James Parker have changed there phone number. If you recieve a call from them they will try tell you that there is a lawsuit against you over a cash advance or loan. It is all fake.

This has been happening to me for over a month now and im sick of it ! on top of it all she gave me a number to call where noone answers. AND there have been transactions on my account that i NEVER authorized which i am trying to get back from another company !

They keep calling and each time change their name and number.

Just recieved a call from David, he said I recieved a online pay loan and I know I didnt do any of this. They said the sherriff is coming to arrest me in a few hours. Good luck with that! I called back and asked to speak to the lawyer and then I told them I googled them and I called them a fraud and they hung up. Well now I am going to stalk them because all I have is time on my hands. Revenge is mine!

I keep getting a call from them as well, the number was the 209 and then a 05 now it is a 951 number. Mr Jones says  time sensitive matter I called them back and it is a busy signal. I am going straight to the sheriffs department... This is a scam obviously....The name has changed from Kevin Jorgan to Mr Jones....

They got my work number, cell number and home number. I am reporting to the better business bureau!!!!

I recieved a call today stating that I recieved a cash advance from on online company, which I never did and have not repayed the money and have criminal charges against me. They said a sherrif will be coming by to deliver paper work to my home and my office.

This has to be a scam, does anyone know if they try to take money out of your bank account?

These people are ruthless...they keep calling about this payday loan and I dont have one. I called my attourney and she said its a scam to tell them to call her, when I told the guy that on the phone he said he wasn't going to call her and hung up on me.

Be aware of this number and  818-254-8790 they keep saying I took a loan, I never did, I have bank records to prove it. They would not give me information unless I gave an attorny's number, said they were gonna arrest me.  This is bull, They have called me 4 times today from this number and the one I listed above!

Got a call from a Michelle Lewis indicating one of my employees had an offiense on their social security no and that she should contact them asap. I ran the number through the internet and sure enough my suspicions were correct. I call the number every few minutes and harrass them.

same thing just happened to me. Michelle Lewis called for me but i couldnt understand a word she was saying. i called the better business beraeu and they said they cant do anything unless if they have an address. i tried calling them back but it was no use. they hang up on me. so for the next victim they choose act like you believe what they are saying and say you will send a money order to them but you need there address. good luck. these [***] need to go down. trying to scam people. go back to whatever country you came from cuz americans arent as stupid as you think. i hope you scammers get caught and put in jail. :)

I just got a message frm the same lady stating the same exact thing.  I also expereinced a similar situation a few years ago at a different job.  Scary thing is they had al my informaiton.. SS#, Bank acct # , etc.. but whenI confronted them that this was a scam I did not hear back from them.  I found out later that all my data on my home mortgage loan with COuntry Wide Bank was sold by a higher up manager to a third party.  Nice!  So now my info is out there.

I received 2 calls from Joseph Daniels at my job; stating to call him back or have my attorney of record contact him b/c it is extremely urgent. I called back today while at work and spoke to Kevin Peterson (which I'm almost certain is not his real name) he proceeds to tell me that he is with the Law Office of James Parker and that they have 3 charges filed against me for violation of federal bank, collateral check fraud, and theft by deception in reference to funds that were deposited in my account that they did not receive repayment on so it came to them as a worthless electronic transaction.  I advised him that I have not received any money from anyone and that no attempts to withdraw funds were noted on my account and he proceeds to tell me that the local Sheriff's office would be coming to my place of employment.  This is nuts!

These people are crazy. I received a call from this Michelle Lewis and when I called back I talked to a jerk named "Michael" who said I was going to be arrested and that I owed over $15,000.00 etc. When I tried to speak he yelled at me, told me to shut and called me "[***]". I called back and told him that I reported the number to the authorities and they haven't called back yet.

I got a call originally from 209-856-6412 from some "attorney" named Bob Fernandez, funny he sounded Indian to me not Spanish... and the message they left in a threatening tone was that "if you do not comply and call right now we can not help you and we may only wish you good luck."

I called that number back and they  fed me some BS about being in huge trouble with the law and how they were going to arrest me. So then they called from 818-254-8790 and left the same message and when I asked for a fax number to send my police report to they called me a B*TCH and hung up on me. Then I got another call from them from 661-213-9478 and they started calling my old job.

So now, I call every 5 minutes spot on and if they answer I hang up on them. If they don't answer I call back right after they hang up. I sent a text that said "ok you want to dance, I've got all the time in the world bc I don't have a job" and I keep calling and hanging up.

It's a call center or something in India with a few numbers bc if you call and ask for the "attorney" that left a message you hear them speaking a different language and fussing around.

I just got a call for someone named Lucille Fairbanks (not my name). Was told by Mary Smith, who has an incredibly thick Indian accent, that if I didn't call back immediately there is nothing they can do for and may god bless.

Same exact thing just happened to my coworker,  they called her at work used the name David Anderson said she was being brought up on federal bank charges & that the sheriff was going to be at her house to arrest her &  that she owed 15 thousand dollars. First of all theys people are [***] telling people they need a lawyer when the first thing a lawyer is going to tell you is that its a scam but that's besides the point. Thank you all for your post because my friend was really freaked out & the first thing I did was Google the number.  I plan to save the # to harass theys A holes told my friend to call the cops but I guess there's not much we can do if its in another county. I agree with the idea above if you see this someone try & play along so we can get an address or some info to mess with theys A holes!

They call constantly and if you ask who it is they hang up. I filed a police report so we'll see what happens.

Wow.  Thanks for putting this information out here.  I just received a call from a Michelle Lewis, but she left a voicemail and I to could ont understand a damn thing she was saying.  I had to listen to the message 3 times.  So glad I did not call back.  They will be ignored going forward.  This just awful and it is nothing you can do about it.

Same person just called me at 9:16 on Saturday. Called the number back and it said to leave a message. The caller, Steve Jones, left a message which I have recorded on my computer. In the end he said the only thing he could do if he didn't hear from me or my attorney is wish me good luck in the situation. I have no idea what he is talking about, but I am not going to deal with him.
