Called yesterday. Didn't answer.

called my cell 9-5-14 afternoon,  I didn't answer, no msg left.   smells like BS

This is Windom computer, we have been alerted that your computer is having a problem.

SCAMMERS!

Heavy accent. Said he was from Windows.  I asked: "Pella or Anderson" then hung up

the lady identified as a call from Windows tech support.  i would not talk because i could not verify and she asked if i wanted to speak to her supervisor and i said no I am disconnecting.

Wanted me to turn on my computer to fix "Malicious signal" from my computer. I kept asking questions and he finaly hung up on me. I have lots of free time to pester these clowns. They call every few months.

Windows support - start rattling off some [***] and told her call was being recorded and traced.  She abruptly said she miss dialed and hung up. Guess we won't be hearing from her anymore!!

Scammer!!

I answered and no answer. I called the number back and it says all lines busy. If it is what the other comments say about checking computer I will tell them they are a fake and they are calling from India. Or just say I don't have a computer,LOL!!!
So sick of my landline cluttered with fakes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't worry about these people.  these people claim that they work for Microsoft but they are really scam artists.  I have already contacted the FBI and they are currently investigating it.  Please report any information on what they were trying to get people to do and any illegal actions to www.1c3.gov.

This is not a prank call.  These people are scam artists and they want to gain access to your computer.
