Left message.  Only stated her name "Rosalind" and asked that I call back.  When called back, her phone message said "Hi you're reached Rosalind Glancy I'm not available to take your call but Please leave your name, the social security number on your account your telephone number with area code and a brief message and I'll return your call as soon as I can.  Thanks and have a nice day"  No identification of any kind on who they are.  NEVER GIVE YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO ANYONE!!!

The lady called my neighbor looking for me!  The neighbor delivered the phone message and I decided to check the number - must be a scam!  Thanks for the website.

Be careful do your research see what they have to say you coul get in more trouble for just blowing it off I know

Just got the same message....I called back but I did not leave my SS #...what do these people think we are stupid.......I am going to find out who she is...and I will let you know...Tired of telemarketers....

This person called saying she was trying to locate a Nicole who lived down the street from me.  When I told her I was unaware of such a person she stated that I may know her by the name Margaret.  I felt uneasy about this call and retrieved the number and decided to check on line and look what I found.  Thanks to all who posted a comment.

Hi all. I did a reverse look up for this number using US Search. Since this number was calling my neighbors looking for me, I figured the $15.00 to find out who it is was worth it. For anyone interested, this number is registered to Incorp Skipper DSC located in Tampa, FL. This is interesting since doing minimal internet research indicates that the # (209-858-3626) is a land line located in Manteca, CA. The address of Incorp Skipper DSC is 929 Henderson Ave., Tampa, FL 33605. I've yet to locate more information about this business online, but am still trying. I checked Google street view to see if an image was available of the address, but its not. Any additional updates are much appreciated.

Still no information on the Business, but here's a link to an aerial view of the street address. Looks like a bunch of apartments, all available phone numbers and addresses for this street address are home phone #s and addresses. I suppose US Search could have the wrong information, but it certainly doesn't look like there would have been a legit. business at this address at any time in the recent past.

Correction: That's DCS not DSC.

This lady has called all my neighbors, my wifes work, my landlord, and who knows who else.  She claims I owe her company money, but refuses to send me a bill for proof.  It's a scam, and makes your life uncomfortable by contacting everyone in your local area, making it sound like your incapable of paying your bills.

I just looked into this further, the company she works for is Diversified Collection Services.  They provided Debt Collection for Government Debts.  The secondary number she gave to my neighbor was 888-310-2006.  I dont recommend ignoring this company's calls.

She's legit. As Irriate4077 already stated DCS is a collection agency for government debts. I have one and am working with her. I was leery at first but after she provided the information connected to my service (Navy) debt, she proved legit. Being in debt sucks, but being a debt collector must suck even worse. I pay my payments on time and extra when I can. I lost her number and am actually found this site and her number. I have an extra payment to make. Its my penultimate payment!! :)

"Diversified Collection Services", AKA "NCO Financial Systems" has an interesting history.

BUT, a company with the name, "Diversified Collection Services, Inc" has NO rating from the BBB.
