They said they were from the IRS and that I was under investigation for tax fraud.

Same thing. I told them that they were full of [***]!

Same thing, but I didn't even have a real person on the other end, so I couldn't tell them where to go!

Some woman called saying that I had  Federal charges against me.  BIG SCAM when I said scam no response. It was a recording.

I just got a call saying they were from the FBI/IRS and that I had a scam report done under my name. Then he proceeded to asked me if I wanted the information or if I wanted them to send it to my local sheriff department. I said: "go ahead and give me the information", to what he said: "you have a fraud report with the IRS and we are sending the information to your local sheriff department, when you get a 911 call answer and tell the police where they can find you so they can come and arrest you." The funny thing is that I filled a fraud complaint already with IRS and local authorities as someone stole my social security information. SO THE JOKE IS ON THEM!

2099207092 just called my husband for fruad saying he owes money from 2013 to 2015. They gave him the wrong address and refused to give him his ssi number. They said he had 4 cases of tax fraud from the FBI and Homeland security. We are on our way to the police department.

Message left that there are 4 Federal Charges under my name by the IRS. "...to get back to us and notify yourself." I keep getting calls like this and block the number but they just call from a different number.

I did not answer. I just rushed to check the number on the internet first. Its hung up itself.

I never pick up on a number that I cannot identify.  No message was left.  I called them back - they asked me what time I got the call and I said what company are they calling from. They said IRS fraud department.  I then said I looked up your number and the only fraud is you and I am reporting you.   So here I am reporting.

They just called me and said the same thing
