This guy calling talks a good game, I wouldnt worry about it.  If some one is really talking me to court I think I would get some kind of legal paperwork    This guy calls himself Jack Taylor

This collection company keeps calling the Arizona Dept. Of Corrections 602-685-3100 asking to speak with several different people. The individual is very rude, and threatens law suite if he isnt put in touch with whombever he might be looking for at the time. He identifies him self as Jack Taylor and has a heavy indian accent. This individual and company needs to understand, yes it is ok to periodically with in reason try to contact somebody at a place of employment, however, 20-30 calls withing an 8 hour time frame after being told the individual isnt working that day is harrasment, and blatent disregard for others.

These indian idiots keep calling me from this number. I can't even understand his name. He is claiming to be calling from some attorneys offiice. I am so tired of these calls. Sometimes they have even called my job and I don't know how they are getting my employment information. It must be something that could be done to stop these crazy people. They don't have enough work for them inbindia apparently or at Metro PCS!!!

Received a message 11/19/2010, could barely understand it. It was an Indian guy, telling me to call as soon as I got the message.  I did. The recording, another Indian, said to call back later. He gave his name, but I couldn't understand it.

I'm having the same problem. A gentleman of Indian descent called my house last week and left a message saying to call them back, or all they can do is wish me good luck. Today I get a call at work from some female of indian descent. Her accent was so heavy that I could barely understand what she was saying. They don't even tell you what company they're representing. My thoughts are that whomever they are, they need to speak clear English!!

Got this call from some guy who obvious;y is of Asian descent with that accent.  Called himsefl "Jack Kitter".  I reported him to the Massachuetts Attorney general's office.  The Attorney General's office says these guys may have your bank account information.  So, I've changed my bank account, and sent emails to all payday lenders whom I've taken loans out in past, and repaid.  fortunately I've kept my bank records which show that I do not owe anything at all.   If they call you, the FBI said to ignore, and tell them that the FBI is investigating them.

Got a call from some guy who is an India sounding person asking me to call them back immediately or to have a "retain attorney" call them about an urgent matter. The message was difficult to understand at times. The caller identified himself as Eric Brown. He said not to ignore this call and that it was time sensitive. At the end of the call he said God Bless you. I called him back and he tells me that I owe $2,000+ from a loan I defaulted on 2 yrs ago. When I gave him my attorneys contact info he refused to contact him. He has contacted me about 4 times within the past month and each time tells me that if I do not pay I will be picked up at my place of employment and be taken to jail and also that my social security will be seized. When I ask what law firm he works for, he changes the subject.

I am harrassed for several years by this number......an asian man, that talks with a sing-song voice telling me to call immediately, then God Bless You.....let me hear from you or you will be very sorry.
