- Miss "T"they keep calling from different numbers with same area code. Threatening to turn my over to the district attorney. Little do they know I have already turned them over to the district attorney and the FCC for harassing me. They call and ask for you then put you on hold. I hung up them and then they started calling me repeatedly and leaving those "if you don't return this call you will have a warrant issued for your arrest" calls. Good luck with that buddy.
- COOL MOM 123| 4 repliesThis company really helped me out! I had a case where i knew id taken a loan out i tried to lie as if i knew nothing about it. They then refreshed my memory, helped me out, as well as settled me out vs make me pay the intire balance i originally owed. Gee golly!

- BigA replies to COOL MOM 123"This company really helped me out!" what is the name and address of this company? "I had a case where i knew id taken a loan out i tried to lie as if i knew nothing about it. They then refreshed my memory," So you claim that you knew you had a loan out and lied about it, but they had to refresh your memory? If you knew about it why did they have to refresh your memory? Did you suddenly get amnesia?
"Gee golly!" Indeed. Do you really expect us to believe anything you just wrote? - BigAFederal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contain the “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of the receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

- Yoda1725 replies to COOL MOM 123No one here believes your story. I demand you give back the money your employer paid you to write this drivel. You are a failed shill. But, then again, all shills fail.
- qwerty replies to COOL MOM 123So let me get this straight... you're gleefully admitting you not only don't pay your bills, but that you also lie about it. Then you expect us to believe your poorly-fabricated tale of how wonderful this company is. Duuuuhhhh.
