This clearly is a fraud call from "the IRS, the Internal Revenue Service." Electronic woman's voice says the IRS is "filing suit against you" and that I should "call immediately." As we all know, the IRS does not call... I listened as the call unfolded and, because I didn't pick up, I have the recorded message.

I just received a call from this number also and it was definitely attempted fraud.  There was a recorded message stating the IRS was filing suit and asked me to call the number.  As the caller spoke it was apparent this was not the IRS, she stated I would be arrested, lose my driver's license and all my property if I did not pay now.  (LOL)  Clearly this is not how the IRS operates.  BEWARE!!

Call I.D. showed "Unavailable" the phone number that called was "1"    [sic] .....yes, just a one.

Didn't answer, the message left on voice mail said to call 210-239-9309 because the "irs"was suing me...pffffttttttttttttttttt.

To anyone that does not know this, as L Tate said the IRS will not call you like this it is just some silly scammers. So do not worry about this.

Caller called saying the were the IRS. I called back and they did identify themselves as the IRS. I said you are the Internal Revenue Service and guy said yes. I asked him to say his name and that he was from the Internal Revenue Service at which point he hung. The man had an Indian (India) dialect and there were many other similar sounding voices in the background.

This call came across as Unknown.  I do not answer calls I do not know.  They left a VM message.....I would say an electronic voice left the message.  It sounded like it was in the middle of a rotating call and said some about a suit and gave me the 210-239-9309 to call back immediately.  Have not idea who they were.  If it is the IRS as the others have mentioned above, then it is indeed a scam.  I don't even give them the time of time.  Anything official would at least come in the mail to your home address would rather spend my time alerting others.  This is TOTAL SCAM.

I just received the same recorded message from that same number.  Scared me at first, but now feel better realizing IRS will only notify you by mail.

I just heard my voice mail but the phone call never registered on my missed calls because it came from an overseas # 0116081118430000242. The robotic message said I had a lawsuit being filed and to call 210-239-9309. I'm suspect of anyone that calls that I don't so I always look up phone #s and the "supposed" company's information online to check the validity of a statement.

Called  to say I was being sued by the irs.

We also received this robocall with an unavailable caller ID and the number above.  They note that IRS is filing suit.  Please go to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx and report the call so that it can be pursued.

Same as above. I didn't answer nor did I reply to the threatening message.

Got the call this morning, went to voicemail, dial back number is busy. Thank god it's fake. I was terrrifed for a second, i own a small business. BANKRUPTCY NEARLY AVOIDED!

Got the same call about IRS. I get a bunch a day about all different ones. I just hang up.
