this number called my phone, i answered and there was no response. They hung up a second later, and when i called back a machine said it was not a worknig number.

received call from 210-241-2345. didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. tried to call the number back to be removed from whatever list I had made it on to.  Message said the number was not a working number

This number has called me several times in the past week! The first time they did not leave a voicemail and I didn't answer. The second time they left a voicemail but said nothing. The past two times I have answered- one of the times they just hung up and the second time they laughed and it sounded like they were in a room of people and didn't mean to call anyone. I said "I'm sorry who is this?" And they hung up. WTF so annoying!!!!!!!!!!!

This number has been buggin me for a few weeks as well, and I am on the do not call registery...

Do not call after9/30/2010 4pm or I will sue your company.

Several calls from this number... IRRITATING!
Didn't have problems with these kind of calls before switching to digital service in a bundle w/ internet.
The upside of that is after looking at the service,  the digital provider allows for automatic call rejections just by putting in the caller's #.

I had been receiving calls from 210-241-2345 several time each day.  when answered, no body say anything at the other end and would hang up in few seconds.

Someone named Donna Mealman is calling my number and hanging up. When I try to call back it leaves a recording saying she is not accepting calls at this time. It is very annoying.

If so many complaints are being made why isn't this person being dealt with. In this day and age when there are so many nuts running loose it's spooky to have someone making repeat calls like this to so many people.

I've been getting calls from this number too. Like the past 2 weeks. I never answer the phone if I don't recognize the number and am not expecting a call.

I am experiencing the same thing. They call 2-3 times a day and when I answer they hangup. This is very annoying and I tried calling the number back and get the message you are getting. How do I get this to stop? Any ideas??  

What's the point of calling someone 2-3 times a day and hanging up unless they work in a call center and get paid on the number of calls they make? I dunno know, but it is extremely annoying.

I would love to call who ever this is at night on the hour every hour and when they pick up wait a few seconds then hang up and repeat.

They just called again. This time I didn't say anything, put my phone on mute and the call lasted 11 seconds before they hungup. 1-210-241-2345

No, but I recently attended a "Get Motivated" seminar in Portland back in March at the Rose Garden where the Trail Blazers play.  A month after that I started getting calls like this.

Just a call from that this number.  I also get one from a local number in my area.  Really annoying and i wish i knew what it is or who it is because i'd give them some words they never knew existed.

The same thing keeps happening to me

i have gotten so many calls from this number!!! im sick of it they never say anything! there are so many people with this problem, who come nothing is being done to them? gggrrrr i wish i could at least call them 20 times see how they like it!
