Got a call from thhis number, I did not recognize it, it went to VM, no message.  I see it is from Time Warner.  Interesting, where I live, Time Warner does not offer service

I get a call from this number EVERYDAY! I called them back once and just got a voice mail telling me to call Time Warner at a different number. If I pick up when they call, there's no one on the other line. Just ignore. Maybe they'll stop :(

This is probably a mass phone call test to determine what time of day you or the average consumer is most likely to answer the phone. That's why they hang up immediately.

Time Warner quit calling me!

I answered this call. This guy with a heavy foreign accent told me he was from Time Warner and asked if I was paying $65 for my service. I told him that was not true.  He put me on hold and came back with another number that was also wrong.  He tells me that his records are not up to date and that he wants to make me an offer.   I asked him How he could make me an offer when he didn't even know what I was paying.  I'll be willing to bet if my records weren't up to date and I decided to pay time Warner $15 or $20 less than we agreed, the corporate machine would do it's work and before long I'd be broke and in jail.

Another spam phone call from these guys after I've told them twice not to call me any more...

Caller ID reads, "Skiptel."  I never answer call I do not recognize.

Caller ID reads, Blocked name.  I do not answer blocked calls.

stop calling everyday...... don't have Time Warner, don't want it!!!

This number called on August 9, 11, 14, 15, 16.  I never pick up calls I do not recognize. They can call all they want, I have no desire to speak with any number that I do not recognize.  I will block number and/or put on fax line.  This call is a scam.  Caller ID reads, Skiptel.  Not even curious who they are or what they want.  They are all SCAMMERS.  I would advise that people just ignore these calls.  Someone should bring this up to the attention of the media such as ABC news, NBC, etc.,  Tell them to investigate these unwanted numbers and telemarketers calling our home and cell phones and have a program on these unwanted telemarketers and/or scammers.

Caller ID reads, Number blocked.  I see by the above comments that the person says they are time warner?  This is a scam.  Time Warner does not call like this every day.  I have received a call from this number every day, sometimes twice a day.  Sometimes the caller ID reads, Skiptel and sometimes it reads Number blocked?  This is a scam.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.  I hope these scammers can read and see that we are on to them.

There are already rules for this. And they fall under the FCC regulation you dumb @$$3$

I have turned off my home phone because of these annoying calls wanting to upgrade your service, They are calling on my cell phone I DO NOT WANT ANY CALLS TRYING TO SELL ME SOMETHING I DO NOT WANT. Time are getting hard enough just trying to paid for your medicine and medical costs. FCC needs to put a stop to Time Warner.

Some of the above posts indicate this is Time Warner calling.  I am a customer of Time Warner.

So far I haven't answered the calls from Skiptel.   If Time Warner is calling they should have their

name come up on the caller-ID instead of Skiptel....

Every day almost the same time, between 3:30 and 4:30 have phone number blocked from my cell, Time Warner leave me alone. FCC can't you do something about this harassment, I am a customer of theirs and they treat me like this, I am quitting them.

They called me and asked for me by the wrong name, i said yeah thats me,  they asked if it was ok for them to look at a cable account to see if I am eligible for a promotion.  they put me on hold and never came back.  now they call me everyday and i don't answer. (it did seem like a skip tracer).....a few days later I did get something in the mail from my cable company telling me I get free showtime for 6 months. could be a coincidence.
