I've tried just about every free search engine to find out who the heck these people are and I've about had it...

when I called back I got "your number cannot be completed as dialed"

received a call 2/16/2010 at 10:18pm EST. On the caller ID on my phone it said SanAntonio,Tx 210 280 8096. But I use voip and I can check all calls I get at a website. The call came from Babcock, Tx not SanAntonio.

I just got a call from this number too, let the machine get it, all I heard was silence.....

Got a call last night from this number. Caller was male could not place the accent. I never understood one word he said and I asked him to repeat the same phase over and over and over and then asked him to spell each word. Needless to say the S___ for Brains caller gave up. I tried to trace the number as did all the people above to no avail. It is alarming that our telephone system we have in place does not allow follow up. I can only presume the FBI would have access if the need necessitated the means. But the regular Joe has none. Blow them up and keep them on the phone and make life as miserable on them as possible is the only way I know to contest this intrusion into our lives. Makes my wife crazy when I do that. Oh well!!!

Just got the call at 9:35 pm EST....couldnt get to the phone and no message left! Caled back and the number was disconnected.

Got a call from them saying they represented a Financial company in Luxembourg - scam artists!!! Watch out for them

Hello from Belgium. Just received a call from this number and got a missed call from this number yesterday. Asian sounding women, just hang up the phone.

The number 210 280-8096 is a PHONEY number, that is why you can not call them back. They are not in Texas. This is a SCAM Call Center operating overseas (that is why they can call you even though you may be on the US do not call list). They are looking to get your personal information to use or sell to others. Best thing you can do to get them to stop calling is to give them false info....ie SS# 555-11-1234, but use something more realistic. Once they get this worthless info from you, they will stop calling........usually

He wanted to talk to my manager, but could not tell about what.
When I asked him again, he told that the line was bad, and should call back.
Just a fool.
When we get call's like this, there is no number on the screen.

I accidentally answered this one today and they asked me if I wanted to refill my Lipitor prescription....I have never taken Lipitor (but they had my name correct)....when I declined, the caller (female) continued to try to offer me other prescription drugs....
