I got a call yesterday didn't answer but he left a message . telling  me he was from the fraud division  from what city,stats who knows. he said to get lawyer and call him!!!!  it a shame people don't have anything else better to do with their lives.…

Called just now claiming to be the fraud division and needs to speak to us or our attorney!! Seriously get a real job people!!

This number called me too wanting to talk to either me or my attorney about a case against me. Whatever.

Called wanting to speak to my wife. bunch of scammers. the moron first tried to tell me she committed check fraud then told me it was for a loan from some place called allied which we have never heard of. total idiots.

My husband got a call from this guy named Bill Russel stating he owed a loan from cash.com in 2010 and that he better have $1000 dollars first thing in the morning or he was going to sue him and that the loan originated from Capital One and if he didn't have the money he needed to  get in contact with his lawyer. This is ridiculous. You mean to tell me that he owes from 2010 and we are in 2014 and you just calling. Let me know I'm wrong, but calling during tax season does not make your lie any more believable than it is.

They are so stupid that their caller Id comes up litegation. they cannot even spell litigation correctly lol. What they did was steal personal info and then try and scam people. There is no fraud. They will never sue. They are just stupid criminals. Either block their call or tell them you will brb and then put the phone down and let them be on hold for awhile.

Also just received a call from these people.  I went to my local police dept and they said DO NOT call them back.  I also filed a report with my Attorney General.  They don't even identify themselves.  Apparently they do not check the the DO NOT call list.
