I got the same call it happen to be my company's sponsered health coach who did end up leaving me a message. They started a new program last year trying to make the company a more healthy place to work.  Hope this helps.

Also called my cell phone.  Healthways coach on behalf of me employer.  Not sure they got that number, because I never gave it to them.

Called my number no reply. Got some return recording, wasted my time, it should be stopped from happening.

Calls with a recording saying it is a debt collection agency but the gaps in the recording where the number to call back or why they are calling are either blank or have someone else's name (not mine)

I have been getting multiple calls from this number to my mobile phone.

This is from Optimal Health in San Antonio - a company sponsored health program.  Provides the employees a "Health Coach", etc.

This number  is to Optimal Health. It is a benefit of your healthcare coverage; in which a nurse periodically calls to check on your wellness. Most likely, a medical condition or medication triggered this service.

Repeated calls from this number.  Never leaves a message.

Gets unwelcomed calls, often. I tried to call them back and number is always busy. Just another ferking scam of some sort. I will cuss them the hell out if I get them on the line,.

stop phoning and hanging up; your calls are unwelcome...if I want a health care advisor, I'll ask for one.  I have an outstanding physician group and we co manage my health and prefer to do so without the interference of an insurance provider's interference.

This is a service that you have to OPT IN to.  Normally through your mployer health care coverage..    I opted in because I got a discount on the health insurance through my job..     Don't cuss them out, dont get mad at them...   if you dont like them calling, call them back and have them remove you from the program.    like I said before, YOU have to OPT IN to this program, they dont cold call, and they aren't trying to get your money.

I put the call type as an event reminder as it was the closest to "something I opted in for and forgot about"

I was getting these calls. I called the number, gave them the phone number they were calling. They were not looking for me, so they took me off the list. I haven't gotten a call from them since. My message left the return number of 800-634-1506

You are wrong, this is NOT something that you can Opt into.  I work for a major mail order pharmacy who utilizes this service and I can't even get them to stop.  They send me letters and call numerous times per day.  No one deserves to be cussed out ... the person calling you is just an employee trying to make money, NOT the reason you are being bothered.  However, this is not something you agree to have done like previously said ... and Optimal Heath is a pain in the butt to try to have them stop harrassing you.  I have yet to succeed.

Oh, and when I call...they can never access my account because I am an employee of this pharmacy.  But the calls never stop.

Same as the other respondents... non stop calling every dayat 1:00 PM... gibberish and then dead line...
I will contact the Blues, my insurance carriers, and get them to stop the calls..... or since I live in CT I will sick the state on them..... CT loves to sue any company any time and for big money...

The calls started earlier this week and are now coming regularly.  We just don't answer them.  (Hats off to whoever invented Caller-ID!)

Calls come several times a day, every day.  Caller ID makes it so we do not answer.  We are on National Do Not Call List.  They never leave a message.
