Says he is with Dell, dell does not cold call people, I know this because he tried the same thing about a half year ago. He claims your computer has a virus and he needs to connect to your computer to fix it.  I say bull, and when I called Dell directly they said as much.  Now don't let him fool you.  He has the same Indian accent every person who has ever helped me at dell does(just an observation from personel experience).  But like I said and like Dell support will tell you they do not cold call people to tell them their computer has a virus.

Same thing.  Said he was from Dell.  Claimed my pc was infected with virus.  I called him a few names and then he hung up.
