Calls me by my 1st name and identifies herself as Gayle.

Not sure you she is but she I agree she calls herself Gayle. Sounds as if she is calling from a cell phone. Told her I don't know her and not to call me again.

Spoofed Numbers: Caution, 210-374-0023 is a "spoofed" number, which means that whoever called you "tricked" your caller ID to display an incorrect phone number. Telemarketers do this so you cannot complain.

they also call from 972-764-1841, 972-764-1841, 832-596-1302 and 361-461-8100 mainly Texas numbers. They try and intimidate you to pay them on the spot or they'll take you to court which is something they cant say to you to collect money. I'm glad I live in TEXAS .....can't get much out of me #$#%$#$%

Yaeh its definitely Conns.  I can't believe how aggressive they are at collections.  Whats wierd is they put a a muslim name received in my caller ID
