Have directly linked this to a spam I recieved that directed me to go to dbt12.com; this asked me for personal info and number and i got a call back within an HOUR. (the reason I gave my real number was to see who these unscrupulous folks were...the spam was very misleading etc)they mentioned they were a well respected business in San Antonio and denied ever sending me an email of any sort, that I had filled out their web form requesting assistance etc...

No call but an email from Violet Frye gramashes@bilsar.com stating:  My staff has been attempting to get in touch with you ever since yesterday regarding your information.  To double check your references put in dbt12.com in your browser without spaces.

I'm beginning to get a lot of SPAM with the dbt12 link. It all varies slightly by "From" and "Subject" and it all sounds slightly ominous.

You can report these people through this link:

If enough people report them in all their SPAM variations, then the FTC will take steps to hunt them down. The FBI also operates on the same basis, so you could look up their proper department and send them a similar email.

"For more information about reporting unsolicited e-mail that does not fall into any of the above categories, see the Federal Trade Commission's Spam E-mail web site.If you have received spam of any type, but have not responded to it, you can send a copy of it to the FTC at SPAM@UCE.GOV."

You can "forward as attachment" in your reporting email to SPAM@UCE.GOV.

I have been receiving these emails on my WORK email, and they are extremely irritating. Please REMOVE my email address from this list, I cannot believe this type of JUNK email spam comes through the firewalls, the look of the email disquise it i guess. Today the subject line read "YOUR CHECK WAS RETURNED"  This is really inappropriate to be sent to a work email address.
