I have read on similar sites anywhere from scam, to RCI time share, to unspecified collection agency. I would like to know definitively myself.

If you called back you would find out it's a scammer using a Spoofed non working number. I got call too and will block it, but they will just spoof another number. Wish FTC, FCC, or law enforcement would squish these vermin and bugs

it's a debt collector using a skype/spoof number to verify they've got a 'live' number for you...

Tired of this number calling me.  I needs to stop.

Did you speak to someone or you are just stating a common debt collector trick?

Just got a call and didn't pick up too many odd number calls from different city and states.

I just answered the call and they said they were calling on behalf of RCI about a resort in South Carolina. As soon as she said that, I asked to be placed on the RCI do not call list and she hung up abruptly without answering my request.

Called twice today....left no messages....there has to be a way to stop this needless calling

It's NOT a debt collector - It's RCI trying to sell you a vacation package. They call me all the time from various places (SC,FLA). I ignore them all

That's strange, because some girl called me last week saying she was affiliated with RCI. Funny thing is she was talking to my voicemail and didn't even know it. LOL

Called it back and got a busy signal. No message left. Like everyone else, I am tired of these calls.

I just got a call, and when I said hello, it took about 8 seconds for the man to start saying anything. In the meantime, I placed the phone in front of the tv speaker until I heard the phone start beeping that the caller had hung up.  Made me feel good... LOL That number has shown up a few times before this, so I know it isn't a call from anyone I know!

No idea who this is and of course no message is left. Just a "spoof" number if I did try to call them back it would not work. Either a telemarketer or debt collector for someone else. STOP CALLING. 10/15/16

I just answered a call from them. Silence for 10 seconds or so then they hung up without speaking.
