they said i have a fraud case against me and they need me to contact them immediately..

Caller stated there is a fraud case against me and I must call immediately.

Continually receiving messages from this company.  They only say I have a fraud case against me.  I have blocked their calls but they add another phone number to try and reach me.  This compay name is called Litigation Services LLC.  they answer the phone as "fraud department".  God luck to them. They have refused to provide me with any written documentation showing I have a debt.  By law, they need to provide yuo with written documentation referred to as "letter of debt". They refused to give me this information.

I received a call this morning.  Justin with Pre-trial intervention.  A case has been submitted against me in his office.  If he does not hear from my today, I will document you waive your right to an attorney and submit your case.

I received the same call from them.  I actually spoke with them but did not give them any information.  Apparently they are trying to keep me from going to trial because I defaulted on a cash advance loan (which I did not).  What is really scary is that they have all my information.  Does anybody know anything else about this company?

They just called my cell phone but didn't leave a message.  I get calls from various people like this all the time and have been getting them for several years.  They always say I didn't pay some kind of pay day loan.  I have taken payday loans out in the past but they have all been paid off and I have all of the documentation to prove it and I haven't taken one out since 2011.  I think that one of the companies I did have a loan with either sold my information to these scammers or my information was somehow hacked from their system.  I have purchased life lock and I monitor my credit monthly. They always threaten me and say I am going to get sued and thrown in jail.  This has been going on for more than 2 years and I have yet to be sued or thrown in jail.  I usually ignore the calls. I report the numbers to local authorities, FBI and FTC.  They are probably getting sick of me because these idiots use different numbers all the time.  They actually called my work last week and asked my boss to verify our address and told her there was a claim against my name.  She of course gave them no information as her husband is an attorney and she said that the phone call sounded fishy.  I already informed her that my identity has been compromised.  I wish there was some way we could find these people and sue them!!!  They will not give you an address when you ask and the phone numbers they use suddenly are disconnected after a month or so of their first call.  I keep a running list of all the phone calls & numbers I have received in the past 2 years.  Do NOT give them a dime!!!  Do NOT be afraid of them!!  you can contact an attorney that specializes in Debt collection and they will give you some free advice.

Google street view shows this as a single family residence.   The number, of course, may be spoofed.    But it's typical for kitchen-table debt scammers to work out of someone's house or apartment.   Enterprises could mean anything.  LLCs have to be registered with the Secretary of State for Texas.  So an agent for service of process could be found if in fact this company is registered.  Which I doubt.

I reported them to the Attorney General.  will see if anything happens.

It's a scam! I'm a police officer they called me and stated the same. I told them to feel free to arrest me because I'm in the warrant division. Also they have to give physical address and they have to provide you with written proof due to federal law. They are full of [***] and are scammers and fraud. I'm going to find them and sue them! I have contacts In the TX area and I'll post once I find them so all can sue!

I hope you do find them.  I have been getting calls for years from these idiots.  Always different phone numbers but the same story.

I just got that kind of call from a justin fabrowski. Should I just ignore it? I've gotten calls like this before from people with thick Indian accents and they use American names. This guy sounded American.

A guy named Mark Baker is supposed to call me again Thursday because he thinks I am going to work with him.  All I told him was I didn't have any money to give him and I really thought this was a scam also I needed written documentation.  
Funny thing is when you google the phone number it comes up as belonging to Sm Enterprises, LLC in Texas and I am in VA.  Sm Enterprises, LLC is a Computer Systems Design Company (Googled that too).  I did receive an email from someone with the address onlinesupport502@giardlawyers.com but Giard lawyers is in France so.... I don't see how someone in Texas would have anything to do with the Viriginia Court Systems and then why would someone in France have the court documents.  
I blocked the number because I really don't think this is legit!!

Justin called me this morning and left a voice mail. I called him back, and he said there were 2 charges against me, one for wire fraud & one for larceny, from an old pay day loan (which I did have a pay day loan YEARS ago, but never defaulted on it) in the amount of $1100.... gave me my last 4 digits of my SS, but had my old address (I haven't lived there in 4+ years) and an employer I have never heard of....when I told him that information was incorrect, he blew it off. Said i would be picked up on Friday, arraigned, and if i could come up with $$ i could get bailed out. I told him, I wouldn't give him a cent unless he could send me verification that this was legitimate, which we also blew off. I called my state (Pennsylvania) attorney general, and they basically told me this was a scam, and I filed a report.They said what he "said"he is going to do (have someone pick me up) is impossible and not legal. I called my local police department as well, just to make them aware. I mean, what a jerk!!! Don't they have better things to do? Sickens me that such people exist. I would love to get this scum bag and others like him, taken down.

They just call me too. Talking about if I don't pay I will go to jail.

Ignore them.  Total debt scammers.  There is no trial.  If there were you would have been notified; you would have been served.  Trials are the last phase, negotiation is the first phase, if there is any legal problem.   Ignore 'em.  DO NOT be intimidated by them and ignore all threats.
