has anyone else received a phone call from us pharmacy with the above phone number? I keep getting these calls and every time I've asked them to take me off of their list and it doesn't seem to sink in with them. They left a voicemail this time with a return phone number, but when I called it back, it says "The person you are trying to reach is unavailable." So frustrating.

I had the same thing happen to me. US Pharmacy has been calling for 4 (FOUR!) years and will not take me off the list. Talk about frustrating. These Indians are relentless. I never answer but this time they did leave me a vmail with this return number.
