this person keeps calling and sayin he is an attorney and i need to call him back.....that i have a pending case and he needs to talk to me or my attorney..blah blah blah

This person has called under different phone numbers. I keep blocking and he keeps changing. If it was legit, I'd receive something by registered mail. I can't think of one single reason why someone from a "Fraud Division" would have a case against me. And to say this time if I don't call today, I am waiving my right to counsel? What a load of crap. It doesn't work that way. As if I'm going to call… scammer!

I got a call and a voice mail from this number - same attorney crap..

Just got a call from this number.  Said his name was Michael Donahue from the Pre-trial division (of what company I don't know).  Said
there was a case against me, just like everyone else.  He left a callback number of 210-762-6590.  Can't find out who it's listed to, just that it's out of San Antonio Texas.  And everyone is right.............it's all a bunch of crap and what he is doing is illegal.  Just ignore.

Do not call me anymore or I will contact the colorado attorney generals office!

I received calls from this number as well as several others stating the same ...Fraud division...most of the numbers are from the San Antonio area although two came from Ohio area codes.  Exact same message on all of them.  Last lady gave her name as Rebecca OUTLAW....which I believe to be truly appropriate!
