This # 210-625-4689 is nothing but fraud!!!!!!! They are a collections agency one girl calls herself Rebecca or Becca and she is from Pre-Trial. All of this is bogus....They are wanting to rip you off, get your credit card for a payday loan that are illegal and not required or illegal not to re-pay. Don't be fooled....Beware of these hoodrats!

Total scam.   No warrants are being issued against you.  You can check it out yourself.  Go to the local police department and tell him about the call you received.  There is no arrest for ordinary civil debt.   Phony debt collectors always threaten people with arrest warrants in order to scare people into paying them something.  Ignore the call. Block the call

1. You have defrauded a financial institution
2. You owe an unpaid payday loan
3. You have a warrant due to an unpaid loan
5. You will receive a court summons
6.  Authorities are coming to arrest you
7.  Anything similar to above,
 a.   Do not give them any information or verify any information for them
 b.   Tell them you know they are a scam operating illegally and that you are   filing a complaint with the  appropriate authorities
* File a complaint with the FBI on their Internet Crime webpage     http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
* File a complaint with the Attorney General for the state you live in

My husband received a call earlier today, given a 30 minute deadline before his case was filed at court unless he paid $725.  The person who called was "Nancy Blackwell" from "Financial Crimes Ligitation Services."  They had the last 4 of his SSN and knew the name of a former employer that he had supposedly taken a payday advance loan from.  When asked for paperwork to verify, was told to pay the money.  If they had to send paperwork over, they'd go ahead and file with the court and we could motion for discovery.  When I said that I worked at a law firm and to send paperwork here, she asked for my bar number, then called me "sweetheart."  What total b.s.

lady named "Nancy" calling from lawyers office( pre trial intervention program) telling me that i have a bad check in her office for a pay day loan that was taken out on a old bank account that i did actually have but what she doesnt know is that account has been closed for over 2 years now. and i have never taken out a payday loan before. she did however tell me my social security number, last four of the bank account number, and my full name with my email address and my OLD employer. i started giving her an attitude, then she tells me " hunny did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed this morning" i said no i didn't, she proceeds to tell me "well you sure do have a attitude" TOTAL [***]!!! these people are scammers looking to take someone for a really bad ride!!

Just received 2 calls in a row from the same "Nancy Blackwell" lady each message different and both sounding like she thought it was the first time she called my number. Saying she was from the "fraud and bad check dept", never gave a company name. My bank account was just hit for fraud 2 weeks ago and closed because of it. Scam artists..blocked number.

I did too today. Wanted money right there or then to stop action and to work with whatever.

Just got called from Nancy Blackwell so happy I took thr number down to check it out before giving my daughter the message from her. Thank you for posting all these. Scam for sure!
