Robo call about my Cash Express application being approved.  Scammer/spammer...take your pick.  Never applied, so yes, miracles still happen in the modern world...money from above!

This number was left in an email message that sent me to a Google Drive file stating I owed some cash advance company almost $900. I've never borrowed anything from a cash advance company. Called the number back and got a voice mail from a man named Mark, who did not even state the company name. Total scam to get money and financial info.

I apparently received several phone calls and now an email stating I am being taken to court. When I called, he said this was in reference to a loan from Cashnet USA and Speedy Cash, two companies I have never heard of.

This is to inform you, that you are going to be legally prosecuted in the Court House within couple of days. Your SSN is put on hold by US Federal Government, so before the case if filed we would like to notify you about this matter.
It seems apparent that you have chosen to ignore all our efforts to contact you in order to resolve your debt with Payday Services. At this point you have made your intentions clear and have left us no choice but to protect our interest in this matter.
So if you want to resolve this matter then email us back as soon as possible on same email.

Signed by Mark White from a gmail account. How many "legitimate" companies especially those threatening legal action on a federal level would use a gmail account.

Never received any "official" letter by mail or a phone call before the one that came today regarding this highly urgent matter.  Mr. Mark, if this is in fact a legitimate issue you need to work for a real company and stop using illegal tactics to collect money.
