I got a call from 210-693-0941 and answered. They asked for my mom. After taking a message I did some research. They are the Associated Recovery Systems (ARS). I know that they represent Dell in collections. If you take a message they are really friendly they give you their REAL number and give an extension for the representative you are talking to. They also give you their name and ask you to have the person they are looking for call back. Their toll free number is 866-213-7004. I'm not sure if you owe them money but that's probably what it is about. I share the area code they showed up under. So I imagine it's so you'll answer.

I have been getting this really disturbing phone calls to my mothers house,,Im home on leave from the Military and they seem to really worry her because they say my name and state that a matter of urgency must be discussed with me,. being away from home and trying to do my job as best as I can is really easy,,,knowing that my mother is getting this troublesome phone calls at all hours of the day really puts me on alert and gets me all wokrked out since Im not home to handle and properly report this individuals to the authorities.  PLEASE stop the calls...at once.
